Luybochka is a small, clean shop offering authentic and excellent homemade Russian food. The menu is simple and uncomplicated, featuring delicious and comforting dishes like borscht, pelmeni, vereneki, potato dumplings, and potato salad. The food is very tasty, reasonably priced, and made fresh. The owner is very nice, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, providing exceptional service and making customers feel at home. The location is perfect yet off the beaten path, a little "hole in the wall" that is tricky to find but well worth it. It also functions as an awesome little ethnic grocery with a great selection of Russian items, including a variety of meats, cheeses, breads, treats, seasonings, preserves, drinks, sweets, and specialty deli items, all for very fair prices. Many homemade specialties are also sold frozen. The shop has a lot of character and is a little gem, confident to provide a positive experience.

This place is great! Authentic Russian food at a good price, the borscht and pelmeni were delicious and the owner was very nice. If you go, I recommend trying the pear soda and ordering just about everything on the menu!
