Do not take your car to this location go to the Sandy location. They stole $3000 almost $4000 worth of tech from my car. Which ever employee stole the items, took their time to go through my entire car, and they stole two necklaces which had immense sentimental value and were hidden deep in the trunk. Only someone with a key to my car, and a good amount of time to go through everything, including opening up each individual phone package very carefully and leaving the package could’ve stolen the items. they were the only ones with keys to my car. No windows were broken no latch was pried open. This caused me to be put on a two week leave from work as they made sure that I did not steal the items and sure enough after their investigation they determined that it was the shop as well due to the GPS locations of each device. Instead of even trying to figure it out who it was by looking at the cameras, The Salt Lake Service Center management wanted to pretend like it didn’t happen at their shop. They had no desire to figure out who their thief on staff is so this will happen to another customer, they did absolutely nothing to try to figure out who it was let alone indemnify my loss. They told me “our lot gets broken into all the time” … even if they left my car unlocked they should use their insurance or other means to make me whole.Not only this, but the last few times I’ve taken my car to the Salt Lake location. They forgot that it was in the shop and when I called a week later to see how the repairs were going, they told me “oh I totally forgot that was even here ha ha “ which I wouldn’t have minded as much if I didn’t need my car for work. They did not care at all that they were taking way more time than necessary as the repair itself only took a couple hours, and the part only took about an hour to acquire. I was not even going to bring this up until I was robbed by one of their employees and they did nothing about it. I guess that was the straw that broke the camels back. If it was my business, or a business that I managed, I would, at the very least need to know which one of my employees was stealing from customers..Go to the Sandy location if you’re under warranty or service contract I.e. free oil changes

my husband and i have had the worst situation with this location.we recently had them come tow my car to this location. it took them nearly a month to fix it because they kept “forgetting” about it. when they did fix it it was a quick easy and cheap fix that i lu took a few hours. when we got the vehicle back we realized over $3000 worth of electronics for my husbands work had been stolen. these items were hidden in the trunk they had been opened and the packaging have been nicely put back together and placed in our back seat. When we let them know we were told “yeah things get stolen from cars a lot, you must have left the doors unlocked” (remember they towed it to the shop.) other than that there has been nothing done to rectify the situation. my husband nearly lost his job because of this. they have done nothing about the situation and have been completely unprofessional about this i can’t even. say they handled this poorly because the have done nothing about this.

I can only speak for the Salt Lake service center, I now take my car to the Sandy service center because the Salt Lake location has a thief and management there has done absolutely nothing to figure out who it is all they’ve done is tell me that “ their cars on their lot get broken into all the time” even though their employees were the only ones who had access to the vehicle, and no window was broken. No latch was pried open, and the items they stole, took a decent amount of time to find as they had to dig through a lot of stuff in the trunk because I purposely hidden them. I had three new cell phones, a tablet, and two necklaces (one from my deceased father and deceased grandfather) stolen from my vehicle. I shouldn’t have expect anything less as every repair I’ve taken there has taken much longer than it should have, and several of the times they simply forgot that my car was there which they left off and to me was no laughing matter is, I need my car for work.It was obvious that one of their employees had gone through my car and stolen jewelry and valuable electronics, my work has done an investigation and determined the same thing but again the management at the Salt Lake service center simply denied that they were responsible so it’s just a matter of time before that same employee steals from your car. By far the worst Service I’ve ever had from any business ever and I recommend you take your car to a different location. You would think that any business to find out one of their employees are stealing from customers would at least look into it. I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life.

I bought my SUV in 3 years and I had to fix so many things . I get it when you buy a used car it’s going to have problems. Than once I bought it my SUV started acting up. Took it to a mechanic to find out it needs a new transmission. I don’t recommend this Dealer. They don’t check their cars before selling.Services: Transmission

If I could do 0 stars i would. Don't think I'll be buying any more vehicles from lucky auto. This is the second vehicle I have bought from them and with in the first 2 years the transmissions have failed.

Got a car from them, seat belt light stays on. I have the car for one day, go out to go to work. The car is off. Can't get to work. Have to call an eber 56.00 I pay to and from work. Call at 9am to Lucky's auto find out why my car is turned off. Cuz they said I didn't pay my down payment.i sure did! Very rude customer service. Finally at 11:24 am my car is back on. Cuz the guy didn't put that I paid my down payment!
