The tech who came to my home and cleaned the filter is very nice and efficient. He was on time, as usual and took care of my needs with the machine. Scheduling girl was fast and helpful.

They are very good technicians but the process itself is frustrating. I have been trying to get a portable concentrator for more than 4 years and am still waiting.
