I called to buy a part and heads up they only sell to HVAC companies. But i was able to save time and money manufacturing my own make shift part from duct tape, hot glue, and chewing gum. Now its working great. Goes to show saying no to selling people quality parts brings out our inner Magiver. Thank you.

Don't bother unless you're a licensed HVAC contractor. I'd give a 0 if possible. They offered to "help" me by putting me in touch with an authorized Lennox repair specialist in my area. I told them I wasn't interested in being referred to someone who was going to charge me $150 to swap out a flame sensor. News flash, it's 2018, people don't need your brick and mortar stores except for same day purchases. If I wanted to call a repair man, I surely don't require assistance to do that. Get with the times, your business model is antiquated and embarrassing.
