Horrible. On hold for 20 min for a will call and see the guys at the counter and ignore the call.

I called to buy a part and heads up they only sell to HVAC companies. But i was able to save time and money manufacturing my own make shift part from duct tape, hot glue, and chewing gum. Now its working great. Goes to show saying no to selling people quality parts brings out our inner Magiver. Thank you.
