Was parked in front of this sign. I was visiting a friend for 2 hours . Went to get in my vehicle and it was gone. This company illegally towed my vehicle. And charged 393.46. I Think with all of the reviews we all need to join together hire a lawyer and proceed with a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT !!

Legacy Towing are towing people's car when the permit is on their car. When you try to get your refund back, they are giving you the run around. If I can leave a zero star, I would. They have a bunch of thieves working with them and have a questionable contract with crooked apartment complex.

PREDATORS. They patrol my apartment complex constantly. EXPLOITERS. One morning I forgot to display my handicap hanger; 2 hours later my car was gone.OPPORTUNISTS. SADISTS.

About Legacy Towing
Normal business hours Mon-Fri. 8 Am-5 Pm. After hours (including ALL DAY Saturday and Sunday) releases available by appointment only. An additional gate fee will be applied to after hours vehicle releases. State and Federal observed holidays may effect these hours. Entrance to the office is located on the east end of the building. Push open the glass door. We are the first door on the right.
