These people saved the day. Bumper cover was coming off. I stopped in, they fixed it on the spot and didn’t charge anything. I’d give 10 stars if it was possible!

I broke my car's bumper on a snow drift. LW Auto Body Shop had the car finished long before other places were available. They also washed and cleaned the inside of the car. Thank you!Services: Painting

Zero wasn't an option. My 5x"s putting in review & always gets deleted. The worst auto body shop I've ever been to. Debbie was oh so eager to get my veloster in knowing that my Insurance was to pay. Took about 1 month & 1/2 to decide to total it. Said I owed 2100 & wouldn't let go of car & then replied that a guy in shop wanted it. Of course, that's why not letting go. I would Never refer this company to anyone. I would go out of my way to tell you to avoid it at all costs. Do yourself a great favor.

I broke the bumper of my car. They repaired it faster than anyone else was willing to do, and washed and cleaned the inside of the car. Thank you!

I would rate it negative it if I could. I had gotten into a car wreck 03/03/21 I called and had my 2012 Hyundai Veloster towed on my dime to have it looked over, they gave an estimate of $7100. A rate that many people said was too much. It was a fuse box and hood with the right headlight. Debbie was all too happy to be of service when I said I was waiting for my insurance. When I called I found out I only had liability and my loan had added the collateral insurance and it took about a month and 1/2 to get anything done. When I couldn't get anyone to do anything. Debbie was quite rude and was turning into the tune of you know you're going to have storage fees of $1600. When I hadn't heard from insurance I was going to have it towed to get it to where it wouldn't still be charging me and had told my insurance that it's costing me 40/day storage, but still would charge this if they worked on it? So, she refused the tow truck and had the audacity to say that a tech wanted my car. Of course he did! Not much damage. I had 1500 in just nice rims and tires. Not only are they trying to take advantage of a girl for over estimating. They will try to keep my car. What comes around goes around and I will tell everyone not to go here. It looks nice because I took care of it. I'm not independently wealthy and my credit is bad or I'd buy a new one. That car I busted my butt for...

I had a problem with my car from a collision 03/03/21. I sent to go get checked from that. Debbie at the front desk was all nice and helpful until I had it sent. I was waiting for my insurance and you could tell that she was getting antsy to have car worked on. It sounded like they were going to have it totaled and then suddenly, Debbie was stating storage fees. When I hadn't heard from my insurance. I was going to have car towed, because I couldn't afford to pay more storage fees. She gave me a total of 1600.00 and wouldn't let tow guy take it until those fees were paid. It's a 2012 Hyundai Veloster with 1500 in rims and tires. They said it would be 7100 to fix and it's just the hood and fuse box. She then also mentioned that there's a tech that would like to buy it. I wouldn't give this place one star.
