Where to begin. How about beginning with I purchased a $12,000 unit over 2 months ago and still don't have a functioning unit. I was Lied to by the head of sales and the regional sales exec. I explained exactly what I needed the unit for and Korr reps told me that I would need the Cardio Coach plus. That's great, except I really needed the Cardio Coach plus with Co2., They failed to mention that this unit even existed and it isn't even on their website. I finance the cardio coach plus ($10,000) and soon find out that it doesn't have the RER option like I had needed and explained. They apologize and offer to send me a Co2 unit however, the $2,000 upgrade will have to come out of my pocket. Not the end of the world, but pretty unfair since I could have financed the entire $12,000 in the first place.

I agree 100% with the other review. This company is terrible to deal with and they are not honest up front. They do squeeze you for every penny after you have purchased it continues with services you were unaware of. They may try to claim to be for the small business owner but believe me they are not. There are other options available now that were not before. My advice would be to go elsewhere.
