Horrible experience selling. I waited over an hour to sell, I finally asked if it was OK if I left and came back and they said that was fine. I came back and without even confirming if I wanted store credit or cash Randy handed me a wad of cash without counting. I said ok how much would it have been in store credit? Because we do shop here too. I put the money on the counter he grabbed it and said since I looked it up you can no longer have the cash. I was baffled as all the employees started yelling and scrambling. After 20 minutes of waiting i said if it's going to be this difficult then I'll take store credit. Such a disappointment and warning if you are selling here.

I love this location! Despite what their website says, though, they stop buying clothes at 5pm, not 6. Don't make the same mistake I did!

My family loves coming here!! It has super cute clothes for super cheap. We can always buy a whole bunch of things and never break the bank! The way out daughter out grows stuff we just bring back what doesn't fit in a few weeks and get points towards our next purchase! We just bought a whole bunch of summer stuff and it was free because of all of the points we had. And we also feel good about not contributing to the fast fashion waste!

They were super friendly and they were willing to help every way they can the people there was really nice and respectful and showed us around and it was my very first time bringing my niece in and I will always come back to that store because they were super friendly and nice

Clean and great selection. We went around Halloween time and they had a great selection of costumes. I was surprised. We also found some new products like baby teethers.

I haven’t been here in over 2 years, and today I’m reminded why. I brought in 2 boxes of clothing, toys, puzzles and books. Thankfully it didn’t take long to get my $, but the employees are not kind. I feel degraded, like my belongings weren’t helpful at all for their store. And to top it off they threw one of my boxes away even though it was inside my plastic tote. It was thrown away!
I’d much rather get my $ by selling my used kid things on Facebook marketplace.

This is my favorite kid to kid location. They always have a good selection of both clothes and shoes and for the most part it’s more organized than the other ones.

Coming here I can actually afford for my kids to have a good amount of clothes that are in great shape and will last for the same price as 5 articles of clothing brand new at a retail chain.
Kid to Kid in general has been a serious blessing as the cost of literally everything is on a steep incline, I don’t have to worry about my kids not having enough clothing.
Also, the small door and carts for the kids saves my sanity as well. Makes the shopping experience with kiddos much more bare-able and entertaining for all involved.
