Really exceptional service. We are so happy with our new Volvo! Jerimy, Chris, and Canyon all made the experience a great one. They helped with our rebuilt/restored title trade in with ease. We never felt pressured to make any big decisions, and they answered all of our questions fully. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Fantastic team!

A few years ago, December 2020. I went in to try to buy a used 2018 Camry they had traded in. I was 19 years old and my credit was still new so it was hard to get approved and I was getting discouraged, Josh assured me that he would do everything he could and he delivered. Before that, I went to 8 other dealerships trying to get a vehicle but was shot down to needing a co signer every single time. On my drive home, thinking I didn’t get approved, Josh called me and told not only did I get approved but it was 3% interest rate which is unheard of someone my age. Josh had never given up even on a car he probably didn’t make much commission on. Ken Garff truly does care and while it was just a car, it changed my life, as I wouldn’t have the ability to buy this car today.

The Parts Manager that works here is extremely rude. Never met a more toxic individual in my life. The younger lady and the the other younger gentleman (very sorry for not remembering your names) that work in parts are a god send in that department. Alex and Mike in service are top notch advisors, those four people are the only reason I go back and why this isn't a flat 1 star review.Do better "parts manager"

I have been visiting Ken Garff Volvo Service Department for nearly 10 years and have always found their service exceptional... until this morning, November 27, 2023. Spoke with a Jessica? who is possibly the most unhelpful difficult person I have ever encountered at Ken Garff. It was like talking to a bot. She provided no solutions and every question was answered as if she was reading from a script. She showed absolutely no indication she was listening nor cared to listen. I can only assume three things: Either this person is unhappy with her job so she has tuned out customers, she has no understanding how the service dept has operated, or the service dept has changed policy in how they treat clients which is with careless disregard. Right now the Volvo advertisement on providing assistance to their customers is misleading because my phone call this morning contravenes EVERYTHING asserted in the advertising. I have loved giving the highest praise to Ken Garff Volvo & the staff these many years because they really delivered in excellent service. I have now removed all of those positive reviews as I am concerned this location has dropped the ball in quality standards. We were considering in purchasing two new electric vehicles from Volvo but after my phone call this morning I find myself second guessing what had always been a wonderful experience with this place.

I had a wonderful sales person. However, my experience with the accounting personnel was not as favorable. I had agreed to costs/payments with the sales person and manager and when I went to sign the papers, accounting pressured me to do something different to suite them better. I spent the last week getting things straightened out. Watch yourself when it comes to the accounting personnel.

Never have I had an easier time at a dealership. My first visit, Zane did a great job discussing my needs and making sure I was looking at a wide array of options and was knowledgeable in all the features each model was equipped with. Upon return Moises took care of me through the whole process, a true professional. Being a fellow east coaster like myself, this definitely eased my nerves from what can be a very stressful time. Never once did I feel like it was him vs myself when it came to the price discussion, making sure my needs were met. Even though the primary age group looking at Volvos are much older than myself, I felt just as respected by everyone! World class dealership, could not recommend enough!

After an infuriating experience with Carvana whereby I was attempting to "easily" trade in my car and purchase another one without the hassle of going through a dealer, I ended up at Ken Garff with my trade-in needing to make the buy/trade-in transaction as quickly as possible. I asked the girl at the front desk who was amazingly helpful to direct me to a "pain-free" salesperson giving her the short version of my objective, and she set me up with Morgan. Morgan was outstanding to work with. I can't say enough good things about the experience with Ken Garff, and to boot they gave me a better value than I was hoping for on my trade-in, and I drove away in my used, dealer-certified 2020 Volvo XC60 within barely two hours. I absolutely love my car and love Ken Garff Volvo. I have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone in addition to the fact the Volvo itself is of sublime quality and attractiveness in it's own right.... A+ on all fronts.

A really great car buying experience starting with Moises answering questions and sending photos and a walk-around video via text. Once at the dealership there was no pressure and Moises was a real pleasure to talk to. When we made the decision to purchase, Moises and Chris stayed 2 hours past closing time to finalize the deal. Updating my review. Michael and his team in the service department did a great job squeezing me in late in a Friday afternoon for what turned out to be a very dead battery. They’ve definitely earned my business for the future. Always a pleasant experience. I was able to work on my laptop in the showroom lounge while I waited for my car. Good communication with the employees. East to set appointments through their website.

I recently had my first shopping experience at KG Volvo and I think it would not be the last. I was taken care of by one of their salesperson, Moises. Let me tell you, Moises went above and beyond. He anticipated my needs, had all the information accurate and quickly sent to me by text and mails.Moises is a terrific communicator and was by my side even after the dale was completed.The whole process went smooth, the financial guy was also very professional and I could not be happier with my car. The people here are friendly! I felt like I was a friend to all of them, almost like I have known them for years. Zane helped me with my new car and I cannot tell you how amazing he is. Chris in finance was so easy to work with and explained everything perfectly. The lot techs that cleaned my car for delivery are not the best looking but they make up for it with a quality product. I hope the gm "will" will schaerr my experience with the worky workers. Also i am exited that Brandon will help me with servicing. Thanks for the amazing experience!
