Great experience throughout. Everyone I spoke with was kind, knowledgeable, and prompt in answering any question I had/giving me updates. Dana was fast with running an estimate and dealt with the insurance claim which was great. They returned my vehicle slightly ahead of schedule, and as clean as I had brought it in. Most importantly the repairs look great, as if my neighbor never hit my car in the first place!

Wont accommodate at all. Travel often and they can't even help me get an estimate. They clearly are too big to care about the individual.

Great experience replacing the sunroof glass on our SUV. Great team at Ken Garff - professional and so nice. Their pricing is transparent and upfront so you don’t feel as though you are getting ripped off.

Great repair work. Super clean car on return. Front end customer care, the onus is a little too much on the customer needing to be persistent. I do recommend based on the quality of work done.
