Joe and his team are amazing! My AC went out in this hundred degree heat, Joe diagnosed it for me and quoted me an extremely reasonable price for repair. Got it fixed without any hassles or unwanted charges. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Terrible customer service. I left my truck at JT Automotive for over a week and nothing was done; they never even called to give me an update.
I brought my truck in for a simple ac compressor replacement. After a couple of days I called for an update and they stated the wrong refrigerant was in the system. I told them that was impossible as I'm the original owner and bought it new from the factory. They ran two more tests and everything came back good. I was told my truck would be ready the next day. When I went to pick my truck up, it wasn't even there. Without my knowledge, they drove it over to Burt Brothers to do the work. Again, no phone call, no update, no progress. I dropped my truck off at JT automotive on February 29th, I picked it up March 12th and it still wasn't fixed. The next shop I took it to said they can finish everything in half a day. Lesson learned, don't trust JT Automotive especially when Randy is your service supervisor.

JT Automotive was very professional and competitively priced. I called three service shops to get quotes for a front and rear main seal job, as well as replacing the oil pan gasket. Randy gave me the best estimate and was able to get my car in for servicing sooner that the other shops. He and his team of experts provided excellent service in a timely manner for the most reasonable price. My experience with them was great. I highly recommend JT Automotive!
