I hit a deer and took my car to JPs Collision to get a quote. The quote was around 5300. It seemed fair compared to the other quotes I got. So I took my car in and told them that they should let me know if they need to fix something else which wasn't on the quote. I called them one week later to check in on the status. They told me I can get my car on Monday and that they had to get a small part for 100 USD and a new battery. I expected an increase of 300 USD. When I called again to check-in it wasn't ready although they told me the car should be ready. Shortly after the call, I received the invoice per e-mail. It was nearly 1700 USD more than the original quote... I reached out to get a clarification and talked to the owner of the shop. His excuse was that mistakes can happen. Haha he forgot to add very obvious parts (such as the battery, the fog lamp, external front fender...) to the estimate. And it wasn't just one part. There were maybe 9 parts missing. Who is the expert here... This was a very bad experience. After I got pretty mad he reduced the price a bit but still sad that mistakes can happen. Yes, one or two but not 9... In my view he did that intentionally. But this was not the end. I had a wrapped car and decided not to get it wrapped again. When I unwrapped the car I saw that the color is not matching... All in all one of the worst services I ever got. Bad communication, bad service and intentionally underestimating the cost. I can definitely not recommend this shop!

So I was asking around body shops to get estimates for my car, JPs offer was the best compared to other shops. The people that worked there were super friendly and you can just tell they are good people! Not to mention the work done was excellent quality! I would definitely recommend this place to anybody!

I cannot thank Bambi and Scott enough for fixing my beloved van after I smashed the side in like an idiot. They made me feel better -- and they made my van like new! Wonderful people, service and communication. I never write reviews, but I would do anything for these folks.

The folks at JP's are some of the best in what they do. I had serious damage done to my motorhome and they kept in touch with me the entire process. Their work is second to none! Had some rear quarter panel damage that they fixed up beautifully, can't even tell it was damaged! Excellent work, hopefully I don't need more body work any time soon, but I would absolutely come back here!

Besides making the repairs to our damaged car, these guys detailed the car. They did an amazing job. Talk about “squeaky clean”. Our Weather Tech floor mats weren’t this clean when they were brand new. The workers are extremely honest. They found money in my car under the seats. They saved it for me. I highly recommend them.

All these five star reviews are accurate! This is the best experience I’ve had when dealing with a car! As girl in my 20s it’s very intimidating to me to go by myself to a mechanic, but JP made the experience so great and I felt so taken care of. I’ll never go anywhere else.

I would like to say that JP sure have taken great care of us for years, Scott and Bambi are great folks to deal with also trustworthy. Scott did a great job on our fithwheel trailer and total paint job on our 2005 Chrysler Sebring. Thank you being so awesome!!

While camping I recently hit a rock with the fiberglass shirting on my 2011 Roadtrek 190 Popular. It’s a one piece shirting that runs almost the entire length of my RV. Broke fiberglass, locks, and arm that holds the storage compartment open. I got two bids for the repair. JP’s was the best in price and time. Bambi at the front desk was friendly and great to work with helping me with the insurance. Steve did the inspection and explained everything to me. The van was finished on time as promised and looked great. All and all it was a pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to recommend JP’s to everyone for RV repair.
