This location is amazing. Everyone was super kind and very helpful. Roxana was especially helpful helping us find a shoe size. She was also giving us great tips on shoe accommodations. Thank you so much Roxana you are awesome.

Had a bad experience at the footlocker across from Journeys. When i walked into Journeys, they immediately were friendly and helpful. I can't remember their names, but it was two female employees their names rhymed with Burt and Ernie (i think). If their manager sees this, your store deserves cookies from Ruby Snap!
