Grooms mom here: We had Rachel at Jolleys do flowers for our wedding dinner and the bridal party. When we got to the venue, vases had fallen and broken and water spilled all over dinner tables…no one in sight so we had to fix it ourselves. During the reception, they cleaned up AND TOOK THE FLOWERS I PAID FOR!!! I looked in the fridge, garbages, etc thinking they would’ve laid them somewhere for me to take home…nope, gone and again no one from Jolleys in sight to ask! Literally thousands of dollars spent on these basic flowers and literally NOTHING to show for it. I was extremely upset. And clearly still 3 weeks post wedding still angry when I think about it. Also, somehow I got the invoices for ALL of the bridal party…all of the bouquets, all of the boutonnière’s, all of the corsages, etc. I called Jolleys but no one could help me and Rachel wasn’t there and she never returned my call. I guess I shouldn’t have paid the invoice by the due date and then someone would’ve wanted to call me!
We were supposed to have magnets on the backs of boutonnières but it came with a pin…which also ruined my son’s white shirt which was beneath the suit coat!!
These flowers were my BIGGEST disappointment of this wedding.
I would shout from rooftops not to use this place. Very over priced for what you get and nothing special. The brides mom was happy with what she purchased.

Love shopping here. You can find the best gifts and they will wrap up your gifts super cute. They ahead have so much fun stuff for every season and I love their selection of women’s clothing. Unique stuff that you don’t see everywhere. Great selection of fresh flowers, jewelry, cards and fun decorations. One of my favorite places to shop.

I have been going to this shop for years. The staff is very helpful and the kids section is my favorite to shop for gifts. I love that they gift wrap upon request.

I love this store! They have the cutest clothes and home decor. They also have the best candy selection! I love their sour lips. I also love their caramels and chocolate mint candies. If you are looking for a present for someone for any occasion or you want to treat yourself, you will find something wonderful at the store. They have a kids area full of darling clothes, books, and toys. The home decor at Christmas time is so adorable. They have so many different unique ornaments and decorations.

Rachel's flower arrangements for our wedding were beautiful. We did not have a clear vision of what we wanted going into planning and she helped walked us through the options sharing lots of photo examples along the way. She was also very flexible and easy to work with as we made changes along the way!

Rachel was recommended to us by our wedding planner for our floral arrangements. We had an idea of what we were looking for, and Rachel helped to bring that vision to life. She walked us through different options for the various arrangements so that we could select what resonated with us most. I’d provided a list of flowers I really liked, the colors I was interested in, and the general aesthetic, and Rachel pulled it all together for an amazing final result. When I was curious about what types of flowers would make it into the final arrangements, she kindly sent over the entire list of what she was ordering for our event. We got SO many compliments on our floral! The only thing I’d mention as a potential area for improvement is response time with email correspondence, however I understand she is often busy with other events. That said, it was helpful having our planner follow up with her as they had an existing working relationship.
