It's my favorite spot. Feels like Cheers where everybody knows your name. I find great gifts, clothing, and treats every time. Not to mention how awesome the staff is. Plus, I can get my mid-day soda with all the fixings

Beautiful floral arrangements. They do creative designs, use the freshest flowers and they get it to the person you've ordered flowers for when they say they will. I won't use anyone else from now on.

Rachel the florist is incredible!! Goes out of her way to make sure you're completely taken care of. Love her!

I really really love Jolley's... let me count the ways! This place holds a forever favorite home store in my books. Think of a rotating Anthropologie... but wait, THEY ARE A LOCAL BUSINESS. Doesn't it make you want to support them that much more?! For me it sure does. The pharmacy has specific hours and they close early on Saturday and are closed on Sunday.

They have the cutest and unique stuff. I don't like to shop but I love shopping there. They have home decor and clothing. I always find something I didn't know I needed.

Absolutely worst pharmacy ever! Had a miscommunication occur with them. They took zero responsibility for it. Absolutely no service recovery was done. Poor customer service. On top of that, they wanted to charge more than 4 x what the Jolley’s at another location charged. Then, they were rude and hung the phone up on me when I asked them if they had my physicians information.

Rachel Osguthorpe provided florals for my wedding and they were absolutely perfect. The pictures speak for themselves. Not to mention they are sturdy, the floral arch survived a hard downpour of rain and having to move it to an indoor location. Everything was fresh and well put together and we received so many compliments on the wedding day for such great flowers.

Do not trust them, spent 103$ for flowers and they sent cheap flowers ,not even close to picture advertised, mostly filler leaves not a honest company, use some other company

Our family doesn’t drive and so count on delivery for getting our medications. We’ve been using Jolleys for a couple of decades between two times living in Utah. In that time they’ve always gone out of their way to make sure we get what we need in time, to work with our insurance and doctors, and to be kind and attentive on the phone. They’ve worked especially hard during all of this Covid, trying to get hold of all the meds we needed even though some were really hard to get that first year.**I highly recommend them**.My only concern is their in-store setup. I go in in person infrequently (when someone is driving us to doctor appts), and have found the store hard to navigate with my crutch; I would never be able to get through it with my wheelchair. I don’t care for the new location of the pharmacy itself, in the back of all of the store part where they sell Knick knacks and even clothes.

Last week was the second time this pharmacy told me they were unable to bill my insurance due to something going wrong with their system. The tech didn’t even tell me my insurance wasn’t billed until I asked why my total was abnormally high, and he then acted like it was no big deal that I would have to pay out of pocket. That’s not something I can afford and will be transferring my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

When you first walk in it is so dang cute!! Around Christmas I could spend all day there. At first I was pleased. I have a very rare auto-immune disease that causes very bad pain in my joints and muscle weakness, among other things. I had told my doctor regardless of the amount of pain I was in l, that I refused to take opioids. Due to the risk of addiction and withdraw. So we found a resolution in compounding! With my disease, and pain ever changing, so did my compounding prescription. This is where I lost all faith. With the full confidence and guidance of my doctor, and my changing prescription, I hoped jolleys would follow suit. My doctor calculated to the Mg what I should have. Yet the egos of the pharmacists could not see me from others pain patients who possibly were abusing the medication I take.I wrote the pharmacists personally, left a message, and even my doctor called to try to see why they treated my in the manner they did.Never did I get a reply. It’s very hard to understand as a chronically I’ll person how a team of pharmacists could blatantly ignore a patient.

Jolley’s is like gift store Disneyland! Their employees are friendly and helpful and their gift wrapping is so fun!

You now have to walk through the crowded / tight gift and floral area to get to the pharmacy. I have to ask people to move 50 percent of the time I’m here. Jolley’s regular clientele of entitled, wealthy stay at home mommies don’t wear their masks or seem to care that this place is a pharmacy. Very reassuring while I am here to pick up my potent immunosuppressant medications. Some of the pharmacy staff and most of the gift / floral employees don’t wear their masks either or wear them incorrectly. You’ve had two years to figure this out. I’ve also had frequent issues with prescriptions using this pharmacy the last 10 years. Service is surprisingly slow considering the amount of staff here.
