Hands down the best Acura dealership you will find in Utah! I unfortunately went to another Acura dealership (that I shall not name) to have my car worked on, before having it towed to Jody Wilkinson. The fact that I had my vehicle towed out of the other Acura dealership (I will never go back) gives you an idea of how horrible it was there. Once I was at Jodys, Jaslynn took excellent care of me, and has restored my faith in customer service. I highly recommend Jody Wilkinson with all of your vehicles needs.

Not worth buying from here if you value time. I didn’t buy an Acura to sit in their service waiting area for hours.
My new Acura RDX had what we thought was an issue with the windshield wiper fluid level sensor, a minor problem. After both calling in and waiting through two appointments, they told me that the 2024 U.S. version of the RDX simply does not have a windshield wiper fluid level sensor.
The amount of time it took JWA service to reach this conclusion and the broken promises in the process upset me most.
I initially scheduled for JWA service to look at the fluid sensor issue during my regularly scheduled oil change. For some reason, they did not, and I had to schedule a follow-up appointment. I was unhappy about having to drive back to the dealership for this, but I was told I would get a loaner for the next appointment. When I showed up for my second appointment, they told me they had no record of me needing a loaner, so for a second time, I had to sit and wait for them to service my car for this minor issue.
After not getting the promised loaner car and feeling my time was wasted by their service department’s lack of knowledge about one of Acura’s most popular models, I expressed my frustration to the service manager, Dan Ly. His response was that his department is responsible for fixing cars, not knowing features, and that if I was still upset, I should take up my complaints with corporate.
My family has been buying Acuras for years. I’m from Columbus, Ohio; this is the first Acura I’ve bought and serviced in Utah. The level of service is nowhere near what we received in Columbus. In Columbus, they would give us a loaner for anything, even a simple oil change. Here, they won’t even honor a loaner for an appointment needed because of a mistake JWA made. Also, I’ve never been treated with so little empathy by a service department.

Last weekend I went to check out an Integra from Jody Wilkinson. Alex and Christie were extremely helpful throughout the process and truly wanted me to be in a car that I loved. Ultimately I didn’t end up buying the car, but I’d gladly buy a car from this location in the future and would highly recommend them to anybody looking for an Acura from an awesome group of people who care more about you than selling a car.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Jody Wilkinson Acura, and I want to give special thanks to Phillip for making it so memorable. From the moment I walked in, Phillip was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the entire process with patience and expertise. His knowledge about the vehicles and his attention to detail made me feel confident in my decision. He went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and that I had a thorough understanding of everything. The customer service was top-notch.

This is what the car buying experience should be. Friendly knowledge people with the goal of helping the customer navigate an important and expensive purchase decision. Jody has built a culture to do just that. From the moment we met Kira she was kind, honest and listened to us. There were no high pressure tactics, no back and forth to a manager. What a breath of fresh air.

I have a 91 NSX. It my pride and joy. I have been looking fort a tool for a month to work on its ABS system but it’s a rare tool that was discontinued. I’ve called every dealership near me and nobody would even bother to help me find this tool until I called Jody Wilkinson. I talked to Luis in service. While other dealerships assumed they didn’t have the tool, Luis spent a fair amount of time hunting it down, and getting me the tool I needed to finish the job I’m working on. He didn’t have to go through the extra effort to help me, but he did anyways. Im greatful for the help I received

4 yrs since we purchased our 2021 RDX, zero issues. Complimentary oil service brings me back every 6 months, I actually look forward to it.

I'm really creating this review entirely because of my positive experience with the Service team, particularly Andrew. I'd never had a positive experience with a dealership until working with this team. He genuinely cares about making sure I'm taken care of and my concerns are met. He's been awesome every time I've worked with him and is a key reason why I'll be potentially looking at getting an Acura here for my next car.

I had a great experience at Jody Wilkinson Acura. The staff members were so friendly and eager to help. Andrew was awesome in getting my car issues taken care of quickly. This dealer also had a shuttle car that will take you around while your car is getting serviced! I will definitely be back!!

Came to Jody Wilkinson after a horrible experience at Mike Hill Acura.. The service advisors Andrew and Louise were able to get me in and get me in a loaner vehicle.. they kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and the repairs that were needed.. Best cervix experience I've had and I will definitely be a returning customer now! Thank you and keep up the great service.

Took my vehicle in for service and was greeted by Andrew, he got my requested service taken care of quickly! He explained everything so well and even made sure my vehicle was washed and spotless when returned to me! Fantastic service from Andrew!!!

As a small business owner, I know for myself how difficult it is to achieve 4.5 stars across 500+ reviews. But after the Jody Wilkinson experience, I can say it is truly well-deserved. Kira and Jamie were amazing to work with. I put them in a difficult circumstance trying to meet my timeline and accommodate my very specific vehicle need. They both accepted the challenge and addressed my every concern with enthusiasm and a professional courtesy that is getting hard to find in today's world. This was the easiest and most comfortable vehicle transaction I have ever made. They had me out the door and on the road in less than an hour. If I had all of my documentation together and hadn't been interrupted by one of my own clients, I think it would have even been quicker. Kira is responsive, agile, and committed to closing your sale. Jamie came out to the lobby to meet me, and made every effort to get a fair trade-in value. She also eliminated the dreaded pain points during document signing time. You can tell they have the confidence of their General Manager and owners behind them, and it's easy to see why. I hope to be able to do business with them again in the future.
