Totally disappointed to see that this store closes at 6pm. We tried to walk in right before 6 and were told the store was closed. And there was a long line of customers still waiting to check out. store was a mess!

When is this store going to close. Always chaos, have to move boxes to get through isles.I decided to put in an online pickup order thus time, and still waited half an hour in line. This store is the worst.

Just visited this store today and wow…it’s truly sad. The customer experience is beyond awful. The store looks like someone picked it up and shook it and then opened it to the public. Either shelves are empty or what’s on them are put backs from other customers. Bathrooms have been out of order for weeks, huge amounts of inventory sit out and eventually are rifled through. It felt so sad in there and I don’t understand the point of Joann’s not closing the store for a reset period to at least get it cleaned up and reset. Whoever is managing isn’t managing. It’s really disheartening and I feel awful for the under supported staff that clearly work in a joyless, dirty, abysmal place.

Store was destroyed. End cap displays had zero product on them. Shelves empty. No one anticipated the holiday sales rush I guess. Terrible ordering/planning. One cashier on a super-busy Saturday, self checkout of course. Went to Michael’s where it was fully stocked and staffed. Thank you Michael’s for being a professional retail organization. Joann’s is a disaster as a shop. Retail at its’ worst.

The staff is very helpful. There's almost always a coupon I can use. This is a smaller store and sometimes doesn't have what I need in stock. Store tends to be a bit cluttered. That's the reason for four ?.

Should have read the reviews before coming here. Worst Joann’s experience of my life. Store was an absolute disaster, couldn’t find 90% of what I needed, and to top it off, I stood waiting in line to check out for about 25 minutes for A ZIPPER. I worked retail for years and years, and never saw a single business that was as poorly run as this Joann’s location. I feel awful for the staff; It must be a disaster working here.

You can buy everything for sewing from the sewing machine, which has very little but there is even thread.

I usually love going to Joann’s! They have all of the materials I need for every project I take on. But the customer service here is horrendous. It takes 30 minutes to get through the line every time. I work in customer service too and I cannot imagine making my customers wait this long. I saw employees gossiping instead of helping customers

I worked at this location from Nov, 2020 and January 2022. So I'm speaking from experience when I store has majorly gone down hill. They are always behind on stocking and inventory, to the point entire sections and aisle are blocked. The 2 slowest employees were put on registers. One of them has a history with strokes, while I worked there we did everything possible to keep her from the registers but now that's the only place I see her, and it's clear she's struggling to keep up. The lines for the cut bar are abysmal. They've cycled through multiple store managers, and the ones that were good at their job got burned out way too fast.Also they are behind on inventory. Craft stores deal with massive amounts of theft, so when you order online there's a good chance it doesn't accurately show how many items are in stock. They have so much inventory missing almost my entire online order got canceled because they couldn't find things.

Every single time I’ve come to this location there is only one cashier and it takes 30 mins to check out. They have five cash registers, I don’t understand why there’s only one person up there. One of the times I came here there was a cashier who was really struggling and was treated so horribly by staff. I love how close this Joann’s is to my house so I really hope they can improve the customer experience!
