We went in to the dealership to purchase a new vehicle. Our sales guy (Braden)let’s see I need was so relaxed and did not try to pressure us into anything. I’ve never had an easier or more positive experience buying a vehicle! Our finance guy (Brian) sat and explained everything to us and did not try to pressure us in anything as well. We will definitely be buying our next vehicle from here!

I had my oil change here, and I mentioned how my air pressure in my tires wasn't showing up in my car like normal, and they fixed that for me, no additional charge. Otherwise, it was clean, and my car got done relatively quick!

If you find yourself at this location and come across a Technician/ Mechanic by the name of Mario; immediately request to have someone else handle your Vehicle! Mario is no help. He is full of empty promises and will give you the run around for miles. Better yet just go to a completely different dealer!

This is the second time this dealership messed up my car when I took it in for a fix. My car broke down and I spent $10K for a new engine. I never had an issue with my starter but they said my starter wasn’t engaging all the time and replaced the part. A month later my car was started making noise when I would turn my ignition. Then it progressed to not starting until the second time starting my vehicle. I took it in to different place and KIA installed the wrong flexplate causing a $3000 fix because the transaxle had to be removed to place the correct flexplate 143 teeth in. You think spending $10,000 and owning a Kia the dealership would take pride in maintaining their brand. The first time they made a mistake I was just offered a free chevron car wash coin in their parking lot…….

The service department is a joke. My wiper blades were in a terrible condition and they ranked it as green/good on their multipoint inspection. I had an oil leak and they brushed it off by saying it was a poor oil change job. It continued to leak every day and I had to spend $500 to get the oil pan changed because they stripped the whole plug. Bunch of idiots.

Today I arrived at the Kia dealership earlier than my 9:45 am appt to get three factory recalls corrected. I was greeted not by one but two employees asking how they can help me. I informed them that I had an appt with an advisor named Lee Hunter. All I can say is Mr. Hunter was very imfomative and professional. He made me feel confident that my mechanical issues would be resolved in a timely manner. He offered me complementary coffee, water and snacks. He also offered an Uber to take me home and he would send another Uber to pick me up when my service was done. Lee sent me a video of my car on the lift and had the technician briefly go over everything that was repaired, replaced and checked.
When I arrived to pick up my Kia, Mr. Hunter went over some details about my service and asked if I had any questions.
And to add the cherry on top, He gave me a token to get a free car wash. Best auto service I've received. Lee Hunter is awesome! Thx, Lee!
