Our sales team was “Romer”. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall great experience, and highly recommend others. We ended up leasing a Kia Sportage.

Jerry Seiner Cadillac is an exceptional car dealership! We have purchased two Cadillacs from them over the past 10 years. We were so impressed with our most recent purchase of a Cadillac Escalade. There was a minor issue that needed to have the vehicle towed into the service dealership. When the tow company dropped the car off, they damaged the front bumper. Jerry signer was a true advocate to help us try to get, the problem fixed with the tow company. The tow company was not helpful and Jerry signer took care of the problem. No questions asked. So grateful for JASON IS THE AMAZING service center manager. He is EXCEPTIONAL! LOVE the Jerry SeinerCadillac group and the and the experience we've had purchasing , our cars from them Troy Backus, Herriman, Utah

Looking for quality parts/service and great customer care? Keep looking. We spent $4600 to fix the power steering on our 2012 Chevy Traverse in 2021 at Jerry Seiner Chevrolet Service. We figured the dealership would get us the best parts and service. BAD DECISION. Our power steering started to go out again after only 2 years so we took it back for follow-up and they said the parts were out of warranty and they could fix everything again for another $4600+. Wait, what?! After we questioned this, they came back and said they really knew what the problem was and could do it for only $500. Huh?! OK Seiner, I don't know what the problem is, I just need you to make it right like you were supposed to do 2 years and $4600 ago. Our service advisor, Kevin told us management had graciously offered a $25 discount on the repairs. Now you're being insulting Jerry Seiner. We've spent $7000 in repairs over the last 2 1/2 years and this is the thanks we get?Sadly, this isn't an isolated incident. We had the exact same thing happen with a bad alternator they installed but luckily for us was still under warranty so they HAD to fix it. You'd have better luck pulling used parts at a salvage yard than letting Seiner install their "OEM" parts. We've been loyal and overlooked their frequent miscues and "faulty parts" for years for this, $25 off another repair? No thanks. We'll take our business elsewhere. Good luck finding another 10+ year customer Jerry Seiner Chevrolet.

I've been working with Jeffrey Walker for the past several months as I contemplate the possibility of purchasing a midlife whim 2024 Camaro. He has been so helpful and delightful!!! He is persistent, but not annoying or pushy. I'm not sure whether or not I will be purchasing the car, but because of Jefferey, the process has been so much fun. I will definitely consider Jerry Sri er dealerships in years to come

Andrew and Tristan were fantastic to work with. I really do hate buying new vehicles, but after looking on their website we came in knowing exactly the car we wanted. Tristan helped with buying our old vehicle and Andrew was extremely helpful getting everything ready before we arrived. Kevin was quick and thorough with the finance paperwork. Might be the fastest we have ever sold and bought a car.

I'm sorry to say that our experience with buying a 2023 Chevy Bolt from Jerry Seiner is the worst car buying experience that we've ever had, either new or used. The staff is unbelievably unprofessional and unprepared for at least this particular car. The only reason that we ended up purchasing the car from Jerry Seiner dealership was because they are, theoretically, the premier dealership for the Chevy Bolt, and had a much shorter timeframe for delivery than anyone else in the valley. It took more than a month longer than the 4 to 5 months estimate that we originally received from them but other dealerships had told us 9 to 10 months. That was the least bit of inconvenience experienced from them. When we went in for completing the transaction, we had been told previously that the dealership would secure the best possible financing for us. After accepting the financing (a little shocked with the rate at 8.49%,) I did some investigating thereafter, and easily found one and a half percent less for the same term. Also, we accepted an extended warranty option extended by the finance manager with the understanding that we had 30 days to reject it and get a refund thereafter. After reading through the extended warranty paperwork at home over the weekend, we realized it was totally non-applicable for an EV. We declined the warranty three days later and it was a mess to get the $1880 back from them. Another demonstration of their unprofessionalism was with the expiration of our temporary registration of 45 days and the fact that the permanent license plates had been sent to the dealership but no one had bothered to call us to tell us they were there. I finally figured out from the DMV site that the license plates were to be sent to them rather than us, and called, at which point, they told us we could come pick them up. I had to request that they be mailed to us instead as it's not convenient for us to just swing by and pick up those plates. Our temporary registration had expired one month previously. There is so much more that I could talk about with this transaction. As it stands, I would opt to go to another Chevy dealership for our car if I had known how bad the experience would be there. The only reason we chose Jerry Seiner was because theoretically, they had a shorter wait time for delivery of the car than any of the other dealers in the valley due to them being a supposedly, premier Bolt dealer. What a major disappointment they are! We won't be taking our car there for any servicing.

I took my Chevy Colorado in to get the exhaust looked at and I told them exactly what was wrong. I told them where the problem was and what needed to be looked at. I was then called 2 days after I dropped it off and asked what the problem was again. So I guess my car sat there for 2 days with no one looking at it. Then I was told after that my truck would be done the next day. Guess what, it wasn't. So after a whole week of my calling every day because they said they would call then they wouldn't. I think it will be done today. I wish i would have looked at reviews before I took it in to this dealership. I've never had problems with the Chevy Dealership in Saint George like this. Next time I need something I'll drive my truck down to Saint George to get looked at. I could have drove it down there and got it fixed and drove it back to salt lake in less time. This place is ridiculous.

This is a review of the Service Department.1-My husband called before I brought my SRX in for its 60,000 mile maintenance. They told him it just needed an oil change and tire rotation.2-I get here we the car and the Service Writer hits me with it needs over $2,000 for the 60,000 mile check up. I ask what that covers and it was lots of things short of a new engine. They were going to order me a Uber home and back and a free lunch. I start to be suspicious and call my husband back. 3-He calls back and tells them never mind. Now I'm sure it needs certain things. If you have a nice car you have to pay nice prices to keep it running well.4-I used to even sell cars a d one of the things the sleazy manager taught us to do was go talk to people in the Service Area. See if the price is too high we could talk then into buying a new car.5-That wasn't happening to me became any new car is way over priced but I'm 100 percent sure I got treated different as a woman!6-The first car dealer that truly figures this out will be rich. It's past time that women are treated like this!!!!!7-Now I'm making my husband bring it back just to see what price he is quoted.8-While he is here I'll be working on starting a woman based car company where women are treated equally and better!

Had a bad experience working with their service department. Went in to them to check senors (since the light was on). They replaced 2/3 for north of $3K only to have the sensor light come back on before reaching our home. They then kept the car for the weekend to replace that 3rd sensor. We felt like we were taken advantage of and would strongly suggest you get a second opinion if you are thinking of working with them. We wont be going back there again. A couple things we found funny: after paying all this money that we aren't sure was really needed, they offered a free oil change - WOW way to step up. We also had to call them to find out if the car was really. I would suggest going elsewhere.

Absolutely fantastic experience at their service department this morning! I was able to book an appointment online yesterday for an oil change and Emission inspection. I was graciously greeted, given a complimentary drink coupon and waited in their comfortable waiting area! They estimated about 90 minutes for both to be done, but it really only took about an hour. I was soon on my way with oil change, new air filter, inspection plus new sticker!! Very pleased, especially considering I'd just had an unfortunate incident yesterday trying to book these same repairs elsewhere. I will definitely come back to Jerry Seiner for all my future car needs! Thanks!!!

I have had a $2000.00 deposit almost 1 year ago to purchase a new Escalade well north of $100,000.00 for my Montana home. They waited to tell me that if it was going to Montana they charge and additional $5000.00 solely because it's not be kept in utah - now the smart thing to do was tell me this when I gave deposit almost a year ago- this is unethical business practice - any person with a brain there would have told me this prior- Mary Tebbs is whom I dealt directly with - shame on you for saying nothing until vehicle came in -Folks if u too want to be misled by Mary- look no further - I just wish I had seen all the bad reviews prior - clearly my displeasure is not an isolated incentive- having a good experience is rare. Come on down and see if you can be one of the few treated right - or stay away from this place.
