As a furniture store owner I thought it would be good to work with a local manufacturer. Their prices are outrageous. I can get items shipped from North Carolina manufacturers for less than what we buy can buy from Intercon.

Ordered a buffet 10/23/18. Still waiting on it to arrive. So many excuses from Intercon. I will never order from this company ever again!

Intercon doesn't sell directly to the customer. I think some of these reviews aren't aware that you have to deal with a retailer that sells Intercon products.

Furniture delays3/6/2018 - Ordered bar stools and a server from Kingston collection at Kings Furniture in Miamisburg, Ohio. Sales person ordered chairs instead of bar stools. Didn't know that until 5/13/2018 when they were delivered with my barstool height table.5/13/2018 - Owner of Kings Furniture ordered and EXPEDITED my barstools that were to come from Intercon's warehouse in North Carolina and were IN STOCK. Sat on the dock for about 3 weeks before shipped out. Received these INCORRECT order again that the owner of Kings Furniture ordered but didn't know it until 7/13/2018.7/13/2018 - Bar stools ordered again. This time I had contacted an Intercon Rep from Ohio. He assured me that they were in stock, going to be put on a truck, worked with Tony at Kings Furniture in Miamisburg, and were to be shipped out on 7/16/2018. 3 weeks later - AGAIN - shipped out on a truck. Received on 8/13/2018 correct bar stools.When the question was asked to both Kings Furniture in Miamisburg AND the Intercon rep as to why it took so long and I would receive any compensation for waiting 6 months....no word back as of 8/22/2018 COB.Unfortunate. I love my CORRECT bar stools and server. However, would not order from again. I could have grown trees in my backyard and made my own furniture in the 6 months it took to get these. I was offered a whole whopping $50 from the store owner, who informed me that it was Intercon who offered it to me for my trouble. I spent $1200 on 6 barstools and waited almost 6 months to get them. I think I should get more than $50 back.
