I purchased my bed back in 2017 and when received I had to return the Adjustable Base because it was damaged. This probably was the fault of the shipper but could also have been the poor way had been prepared for shipment by Intellibed. Well anyway the replacement Base was finally received and I could now put the mattress on it. Sometime later, I wanted to have a head board on the bed. But going through the remaining parts that were sent to me, I found that the necessary races were missing. I was then connected with someone from Malouf who tried to help by sending something he thought might work but it did not work for how I intended to connect the headboard. So to date, I do not have a headboard for my bed.Keep in mind, if the proper pieces required for the head board had been included as they should have, in spite of almost being 75 and on my own, I could have done this on my own without any assistance.Now I am having a problem with the remote which is becoming very sticky suddenly. Last week I contacted Malouf but they can no longer find me in there system. Reason I was told was they have a new computer system and no ability to cross reference. How convenient for them, they do not need to honor any potential warranty.So I searched for my original paperwork over the weekend and today 9/27, 10:13AM (Mountain time) I have tried calling three different phone numbers for Intellibed and Malouf combined and all recordings say no one is in the office in spite of the fact it is during their regular working hours.This has not been a pleasant experience at all. Could it be I just have not gotten use to the way business is done these days. In my younger years Customer Service was about helping your customers, not making it more difficult for them.

Intellibed is my absolute favorite!!! Love the feel and comfort. But the support is fantastic. Ashley is my Rep for Mattress Firm and there is no one else like her. She is absolutely amazing!!

The mattress falls apart after a couple years. They don’t actually adhere to their warranty. Even with their adjustable base, the cheap parts and bad sewing will come apart well before their advertised product lifetime.It’s a complete waste of money.

We received great customer service in the store when we were first considering Intellibed. He provided us with all the facts and things we wanted to know to make our final decision. Once we purchased the customer service to receive the bed was great at communicating when we would receive it. We love our bed!!!

Service was excellent. Patti was a great sales rep and answered all my questions. Delivery was great as well. They delivered on time and spent a lot of time in setting up the bed and answering all my questions. Was definitely an excellent experience!

January 29, 2020I like my Intellibed. It’s a little softer that I would like, but it is reputed to last a long time. Ordering my bed was a headache and I never received the base; only the mattress. I bought the bed during a health & Wellness cross-promotion, and received permission for the delivery to be delayed while I was moving. During the time I was moving, the 3-rd Party delivery company tried to charge me for rent; even though I had been given a month between purchasing the bed, and having it delivered. The people I talked with at the company were nice, but I paid a lot of money and didn’t get what I paid for, and I did not receive responsive support or service.Update Edit: March 10Intellibed originally texted me a link to this review site & asked me to write a review. In the response the company posted that someone would be reaching out to me. I went back through the link I was sent to write this update. I have never been contacted by the company as the comment below suggests. The company has my cell phone (texted me a link requesting a product review), email & mailing address. I do not recommend that you do business with this company.

We’ve only had our bed for a few weeks but neither one of us wakes up with aches and pains! My shoulder would hurt trying to go to sleep and find a comfortable position-not a problem with this bed! I was SO surprised!

We are very happy with our Intellibed purchase! Both my husband are sleeping better and are more comfortable!! We will have a hard time sleeping on any other mattress!! Not sure we can leave home without it!!! ?

Bought the bed at Sam's. The salesman was James Trammer. He was very knowledgeable, personable and helpful. He sold us on the bed very quickly with his approach. He was not pushy but let us lay on the bed while we asked questions and he demonstrated the features of the bed. The first time we were there we were under a time constraint and had to leave. Even though we lived an hour away from Sam's we were impressed enough to return two days later with some other questions we had and at that time purchased the bed.

Great matress, switched from memory foam to this and im pretty happy with it! I don't wake up in hot sweats and my back pain no longer exists after just a few nights on the intellebed! ?

I have had an ikea bed for the longest time, it wasn't until this year, that I started getting back problems and not sleeping well. My bed was just too soft. I did my research and was set on intellibed. They were amazing to deal with on the phone, and I am very happy with my decision. The bed is comfortable, cool and supportive. I will never buy another brand.
