I walked in and was greeted, that is the only good part about this review. About a minute after I walk in the tall girl with short black hair says “sorry, I just noticed your backpack and there is a no backpack policy. Is it ok if we put it BEHIND our desk?” I was annoyed because it’s a super Mini backpack.. I was annoyed but agreed . I walk by the desk and she put it ON TOP of the counter where someone could grab it. I couldn’t focus on looking for clothing since my bag was up for grabs. There was a lady with a purse as big as mine and they said nothing. It’s a mini backpack!!’ And I’m 40. Not done young kid. Not to mention the prices are extremely high for some items.

The clothes are nice. The people are not. I'm autistic and I struggle so badly with clothes. Putting them on, taking them off, and it gets very overwhelming very quickly. My mom was helping me get a shirt off me when it got stuck in my hair. One of the employees banged on the door and yelled at us that only one person was allowed in the dressing room. There is no sign like that. And I was about to have a meltdown.
We did speak to an employee but we were not apologized to. They brushed us off. This was not good.
Edit: I should add that I was told to tell the employees about it beforehand. I feel as though I should not disclose my personal information like that. They also asked me for my I.D. when purchasing... I felt like my private information was violated. Especially because my name is very uncommon.

Very cool clothing! The real attraction is their two cats. Simon and Garf are the sweetest cats in the whole world. Sit on the floor, and Simon will plop his cute little bottom right on your lap! He is the sweetest boy I have ever met. 10/10 I would adopt him if I could :)

I walked in there carrying my purse and the lady came up to me acted all friendly like she is telling me about the sales and then asked me to if she can put my backpack which is my purse up at the front desk. I kindly obliged I said not a problem. Then after she put up my purse I looked around and saw everybody else had purses bigger than mine. I feel like I was judged immediately when I walked in there. Just thought that was a bit rude.

Was exploring the city on a trip and walked by this place and stopped in. It was AMAZING with a mixture of new and consigned. I can never find clothes I like in real life - I do a majority of my shopping online so I thrilled to find several things I'd actually wear. I got a few items and I love them. ...and they have cats ?

You can see why this place is a solid 5 stars as soon as you step in. The clothing and accessories are beautiful and fairly priced, but the people and their attitude are the real beauty here. You don't find that kind of sincerity everywhere. Thanks guys:)?

I came in with my partner last night to find an outfit for Pride Without Police this weekend. I was super stoked to see an outfit from Devil Walking that I fell in love with online. I didn’t order it because I wasn’t sure it would fit me how I wanted. I got to try it on and it fit like a dream! Money well spent at my first trip to this IconoCLAD location.
I will definitely come by when I want outfits for festivals and raves. Everyone working was so nice! The vibes were immaculate. I loved how queer-friendly of an environment it was. Happy Pride Month! Thanks for providing easy access to all of the Pride goodies! ?
