Great customer service and fast. Downfall is they don't look like the pictures you pick at all and have very few flowers in them (mostly greens).

Extremely impressive operation. I needed an appropriate bouquet as a thank-you to a professional who had done some work for me. They had endless floral options to choose from, as well as a extensive selection of "thank you" cards. They provided an expert to help me choose and I was completely satisfied with the results.

90 bucks for this minuscule arrangement. 3 roses, greens, and some purple filler. Very disappointed. Smaller than a water bottle. This company used to be the best. It’s obviously spiraled to the bottom. Lost a longtime customer with this less than stunning showing for Mother’s Day.☹️UPDATE: I’m so PLEASED that the owner of this business actually reads the reviews and does what she can to rectify the problem THANK YOU! The replacement bouquet is more of the quality and beauty I had come to expect from this business.

Awful! In every way! Ordedered balloons for grandchildren to be delivered on Valentine's Day. They were excited all day but they never came. I called the next day and talked to two different, extremely unconcerned people and was told they were signed for on v day. Never happened. My daughter in law went and checked porch at 10am next day and there they sat deflated from the cold weather. No explanation no apology. Lousy way to do business.

If you like to be treated poorly and over paid for some so-so quality floral arrangement, this is the place for you. Good luck when you go there, definitely need it.
By the way, I dropped by the place and didn't order in advance. I will not go there again.

Daughter from Memphis Tennessee ordered online a large fruit basket this florist received the order. The basket was full of oranges apples bananas grapes cheese some type of crackers kiwis. Three of the five navel oranges where half-rotten the apples had some type of syrup sticky stuff all over them I was afraid to even touch them. Called and complained but it didn't do any good they don't give a damn I don't see how they stay in business. It's a shame that these people cannot put out a good product I'm surprisingly I've been in business this long. My lesson is don't buy anything from a florist online and don't buy any fruit basket from this florist.
