I just left from doing my taxes. I had the privilege to work with Kesha Houston , and it was such a lovely experience. Taxes for me is such a "scary thing". Kesha made my appointment quite comfortable. She took the time time to explain everything and every step. She explain on how to go about making payments. Just in over all she was so patient and caring. Taxes are never fun or a responsibility any adult wants to do, but doing them with Kesha made it into a more "comfortable " responsibility. I will be back for sure next year and I will be recommending her to many of my family and friends. She is a good person. Thank you for all your help today Kesha.

I didn't even have to leave my house! The scheduled 15 minute phone call consult only took about 3 minutes cuz Ethan came prepared with my completed tax return & only a couple quick questions. This is the only way I'll ever file my taxes moving forward. Their fees were the lowest & their client portal for uploading docs was super user friendly. 10/10 would recommend!

The only reason I'm giving two stars is because I liked the woman that did my taxes. Aside from that... If you have a simple tax return I advise you to NOT go here. $340 for something I could have AND SHOULD HAVE done myself online. Receptionist had a bad attitude as well, I understand dealing with people/customers isn't easy as I wouldn't want to do it but that is why I DON'T. She acted irritated with me because I didn't scan in documents prior to my appointment because I didn't even know that was an option. If you want people to scan in docs before their appt send a text with a link, reminder, or something!

H&R Block makes everything so easy. They always reply in a timely manner and they take great care in their customers. And you don't have to even go into the store.

Probably the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, and dealing with something as complicated as tax filings is not a place to mess around.My tax pro was hard to reach and inconsistent when it came to communication and follow up. I found an error on my 2021 return that HR Block filed, and my tax pro for 2022 said she would work on it asap and provide me an update. Weeks later, I had heard nothing and had sent several follow up messages with no response.When I called the branch, I was told that she was done for tax season, and was then scheduled with another individual. This person did not call me at the scheduled time, and when I called in to inquire, I was told by this individual that he was not “qualified to help me with something at this level”. He scheduled me with someone else, who ALSO did not call me at the scheduled time, and when I attempted to reach the branch again, I had to leave a message.This just just a small fraction of the issues I experienced filing with HR Block this tax season… several mis-communications, website issues and just generally terrible customer service, all for them to charge me $400+ to prep my taxes. 0/10 would recommend filing with HR Block. Untrustworthy and bad communication.

The staff here is beyond amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth. I couldn’t recommend her enough. If you want your taxes done FAST she is the girl. The lady representing the front desk was also so so kind. I literally left that place with a smile on my face.

330 dollars to do simple taxes is a ripp off ... I will never go back .. The staff is always amazing so I will miss that

Using H&R Block for years. This year they tried to force me to pay for Premium even though I was only filing one form. $50 to file one state return. Customer support did nothing. Website is confusing and stress inducing. Lost a customer. Never go back
