Really super disappointed, I came to return some clothes that didn't fit and the manager told me that to change my clothes I had to choose something right now because otherwise they wouldn't change them, it seemed super absurd and discriminatory to me.

I had a return and it was almost closing time. Ninibeth helped me at the register and she was extremely polite and nice! I’m sure it was a long day, being the week before Christmas, but she handled a not easy return with professionalism and a smile. Thank you for having great employees like Ninibeth!

This location has to have the worst Manager with the worst costomer service experience!!! Unknowingly, I got to the store 1/2 an hour before they opened the store. Some employees were waiting to go in to work. They informed me that they were not open yet. I asked them to ask the manager that all I needed was the security tag removed from my sweater that they forgot to remove. I wasn't even going to go in the store. I just wanted to the tag removed. The employee came back out to informed me that I had to come back at noon when the store opens, per the manager. I was like, this is so ridiculous, I only want the tag removed, I have the receipt. She apologised. But it is not enough. This is very bad customer service! I was not asking to let me in to store. I wasn't even asking to go in! I was asking for the tag to be removed. An inconvinience to me because now I have to come back a third time!!!! Such horrible customer service!!!

It's OK here. They have stuff and things,like anywhere else. Only this place is creepy sterile. I felt like I was gonna get a prostate exam any second. Decent stuff at second prices. Has a weird vibe.

For me personally I'm short but chubby, so pants have never really fit me well but I found really nice cheap and affordable pants for me as well as some really cute dresses and shirts overall a great store and affordable I do recommend!!

If zero stars was an option it would be given! Daughter bought a shirt walked out the store and it seen it was stained they had no others in her size in store just online and would let her exchange and be sent from online ! Then told her her refund would process in 3-5 days and refused to give cash back instead bc it’s against policy…. Literally shirt was not even outta the store 5 minutes ?
