Terrible manager experience. I planned on plenty time to shop and spend money but Anna thinks closing the fitting rooms and the main entrance over an hour before close is good business. Frequent customer, never expected such a disrespectful treatment. Hopefully just a fluke based on a bad hire/promotion.

Called H&M on sunday makeing sure it was true that it was 24hr like it said on google. I called and they said they closed at 12pm and I drove 1hr to H&M to find out it was closed. Wasted around $20 of gas and 2-3hrs of time. Im really unsatified that they lied to me.

How are you not able to do returns or exchanges on a SATURDAY but some how you’re still able to do all other transactions ?? I was needing to return a pair of jeans I purchased yesterday and was told by the manager (shorter guy) that they would be able to do it on Sunday (which the mall is closed on Sundays) but not today ? When I corrected him he said “oh yea I mean Monday”. I’ve worked for plenty of retailers and have never had only the “return system” be down (as the returns and purchase section for a register are the same) seems like a ploy for their store numbers to be up ⬆️ instead of losing any money ! Send people away most don’t come back because it’s out of the way. That’s what it seems like is happening there today! Super disappointing considering how much money I spend at that store on clothes :/

Extremely rude and stuck up Manager, a young man, shorter in stature. I tried to return a coat I got from H&M fashion place and said "hello". I was ignored, he gave me no eye contact and proceeded to tell me I couldn't return it because of dust that was on the bottom of the coat from their store which happens when the jackets fall off the rack. The jacket was never worn or used. I think I'll shop at another H&M from now on. I've never been treated so rudely and with such disgust. H&M you can do better.

I like shopping at H&M it's got good prices sometimes and I love the baby clothes I find stuff for my nephews and nieces for the whole family and I love the jewelry
