Hightower Apartments is most cheapest apartment a college student could ever get. It is located strategically with Bus 1 which goes straight to college and also Bus 209 that goes to Fashion Place. The staff are nice, when I need something to be fixed they usually come within 1-2 days to fix the issue.

Great view, spacious apartment. Very quiet. Fantastic location, ~5min drive to campus, hospital, medical school. Also right by bus stop (10-15 minutes to campus).

I’ve lived at Hightower for almost 3 years, Hightower has been friendly, kind, and very supportive. The view from our hallway is stunning. Every single day after my morning walk with my dog, my golden retriever, receives a happy greeting, and a treat. I’ve had a wonderful experience living here.

I love this place, very responsive front desk personnel, great location and amazing views day or night. Great for students and couples. Just wish there were more community events but satisfied with the ones that do occur.

Hightower has been my home for the past two years, and I can confidently say it’s great for students. The location is wonderful, but the view is even better! The staff is accessible and helpful. I feel very safe in this building because it’s so secure and well-surveillanced. I have found a community of kind and vibrant people here and I am so glad to have found this place!

Current resident, will divide review between negative and positive.Positive: beautiful view from any side of the building, decently sized apartments, safe and secure. Pretty responsive and helpful management. Great location.Negatives: I had to move to an apartment which was not ready even on move in date. The thermostat didn’t work, blinds falling down, stinky carpet, disgusting mirror of the bathroom and many more.Had to work for months with the mgt to get everything fixed.The one thing they never fixed was carpet and the mgt has told me they can’t do anything about it. The previous tenants had pets and the carpet was sooo stinky I was nauseous for a couple days after I moved in. I got one room cleaned by paying $200 bucks. Living room still needs deep cleaning.So, check the apartment thoroughly before you move in.

I have lived a Hightower for two years now and have no complaints! It’s close in proximity to the university, great shopping, and fun outdoor experiences. The staff is so helpful and kind, which makes living here enjoyable!

We are a current tenant and so far we had nothing bad to say… Maintenance is always prompt if you raised any issues and management are always present to assist.

Overall good experience living here for 3 years. The views were excellent and the maintenance crew did a great job keeping the old building (1962) in good shape.Pros: great location, fantastic views, friendly staff, decent amount of parking.Neutral: laundry room is shared but at least mostly clean. Apartment/appliances dated but well kept up. Good security inside the building.Cons: security cameras outside the building were lacking. My car was stolen my last week living here (Dec 2022) from a paid parking spot right by an entrance underneath the building. No cameras. Maybe they've added cameras since then, but I wouldn't know. (I got my car back in rough shape about 3 weeks later after the move). Also, my window blinds kept breaking and falling randomly in the night scaring me awake.Again, not a bad place to live but just know you're paying for that view. I chose to move out because I found better accommodations for the price and didn't need to live downtown anymore.

I like the apartment building, it has security cameras all around so it feels safe and packages come to the amazon locker so they don't get stolen. Security access to the buildings was a must for me as well. The living rooms are a decent size and the one bedroom has a huge closet. Parking is a little limited unless you get a reserved spot which are kind of pricey but worth it if you're coming home super late and don't want to worry about having to find a spot.

I say it loudly to the future tenants. This management has a very unethical way of making money - they try to keep your security deposit by adding stupid issues. In my apartment the maintenance broke something and they have charged me for this. Also, very important- this apartment has something or other broken all the time- not clean the main area- this apartment doesn’t match the standards.BEWARE
