Writing this a little bit late, but I'd like to share my experience. I purchased my very first car from their lot about a month ago, and I thought their customer service was great. Sam, the manager at the dealer, was a very big help and made me feel good about buying my first car. The vehicle I purchased had an airbag warning light. I quickly let them know and they offered to fix it for free, which they did. The airbag warning light has been gone since. That shows that everyone at this dealer wants all of the vehicles to leave their lot 100% safe and driveable for their customers. Would definetly recommend High Line Auto if your looking to buy a car from a smaller dealer.

Sam and his team go above and beyond for their customers. They make sure you feel safe and heard. I love my Kia telluride.Even after the sale, I had a few outstanding questions, and Sam was very responsive and made sure I understood everything and that I was taken care of.If you want an honest and memorable vehicle purchase, you should go see Sam and his team! You won’t regret it!

Love this place I bought a car from sam and wasn’t disappointed! I sadly scraped the car the second week after I got it and he was willing to repair it for me which was amazing it looks so good !

We needed a reliable minivan and found the Honda Odyssey we were looking for at High Line Auto sales. They were upfront about the background as best they could and had no qualms with us checking it out through a Honda Dealership before purchase. Later on we had some miscommunication. But we were able to resolve it together and we received fabulous service with our needed repairs.Thank you????

Great deals honest people, i waited over a year to write this review to make sure that i had no issues lol, i bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonata from them, Sam is an honest man i highly recommend this place, i haven't had any issues with the car being Salavge all i had to do is just the regular maintenance.

I got a great car at a good price. The car needed a few minor parts. Sam ordered the part and let me take the car in the mean time. Turned out the battery was bad. Same worked with me and I got it replaced and he venmo’ed me back.

Had a fantastic experience working with Highline! Sam took the time to go over the vehicle with us, and make sure we understood what damage there was and features came with the vehicle. Will definitely be going back next time we are looking for a vehicle.

High Line Auto was a great dealership to work with. They took their time in helping us. In return, let us take our time to sell another car so that we could get the car we wanted. When we were buying the car, the salesman helped us in multiple ways and was so nice. We were very grateful for them and their help. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle! WE ARE SO EXCITED FOR OUR KIA!

Wonderful car. Came with fresh new tires at cost of the company. However, customer service is absolutely terrible. Half the time I felt frustrated after getting off of the phone with them. Was typically greeted by a tone of "what do you want?" Every time I called regarding my car plates. I had asked to have my plates mailed about 4 or 5 times on different occasions, because I am a student and work, so I don't have time. They never mailed, and when I called to ask where the hell my plates were at, I was told "I honestly couldn't tell you." Asked to have a note placed on my number and have a person by the name of Sam call me back, (which I never was by the way.) Eventually had to have someone go down there FOR ME to pick up my plates, because apparently they never had the intention of mailing them.I'd recommend this place for the quality cars, but if you want to get frustrated continually, this is your place.EDIT: After receiving some attention, I would also like to point out that when purchasing the car, I was told I would get a new battery as the battery in the car was dead when I went to test drive it. After 2 months of having the car, the battery died and I had to get a new one. The battery given to me wasn’t in fact new, but just a battery they pulled from their junkyard. I am not impressed.

I am super happy with my experience buying from Highline auto!! I bought my very first car of my life from them and they helped ease my nerves. They were very helpful and reasonable when there were small things that needed fixing. They allowed me to take the car in and get all the necessary fixed so the car was how I wanted it. Their service was great and I could tell they cared. Sam is also the GOAT!!
