When I was told how much my car repair would cost me, it was pretty steep. Then Richard, the customer rep, called me back and said the mechanic overlooked at some minor details and said to charge me less than the original quote, so I really appreciate the honesty. I will start going to Hi-Tech Auto Repair from now on.

Eddie is the greatest. While on vacation from out of state, we had an emergency and he squeezed us in. He and his assistant tracked down an intermittent electrical problem and fixed it for far less than I thought he would charge. He even gave us a ride to the car rental place. I couldn’t be happier.

I found Eddie in a last minute effort to have a 3rd party mechanic inspect a vehicle. I had only given him about a 30 minute warning but he still took the time to inspect the car and give me a peace of mind that the car I had been looking at was a good choice. He was patient and thorough in his explanation. After meeting him and reading reviews, I can tell that honesty and integrity play a big role in his work.
