This place is unprofessional and not serious. I am out of state and wanted to purchase a car. reached out multiple times and finally got hold of a sales rep. submitted my docs and was waiting to get the final price from a manager so that i can purchase the truck and they ghosted me. now car listing is removed, and I can only assume they sold it. very frustrating and disappointing. you would think that if someone is wanting to spend over 40k that they would at least try to respond to you to get your business. they actually have another similar vehicle but i guess business is too good they cant be bothered by it.

Good prices, good cars, exelent saller name Jonathan, that despite the terrible treatment we received from the finance manager name WALDO JAQUEZ, Jonathan made everything to compensate us! Waldo showed total disrespect for us, not wanting to explain about the taxes when we asked about, he refused to clean the car ( Jonathan made by himself), and even left us waiting for hours without giving us any explanation for the delay( I never need to wait too long for pickup a car, that i paid cash)! And when we asked how much longer we would have to wait, he said loudly that he had no business talking to the customer! What???? Unfortunately, I can not give a good review for Hertz car sale! If it weren't for the salesman Jonathan, I would have given up on making the purchase!

I recently purchased a car through this dealership and have been regretting it almost every day since. There have been a number of issues, all very easily avoidable and these have caused me a lot of time and energy devoted to fixing things that weren't right the first time. The salesman I dealt with was good and has been helpful even months after the initial papers were signed when he didn't need to be but the manager and the person in charge of dealing with financing/paperwork have been less than stellar. Some of the issues I've had are things like license plates paperwork being sent in late (leading to me driving with an expired temporary license for almost 6 weeks), having the license plates sent to the wrong address (causing me to drive well out of my way to pick them up when they were sent back to the dealership), all the way to them listing the wrong lienholder on the title for my vehicle and spending time having to correct that issue. And those are only a few examples of the issues I have been dealing with. All in all, a less than stellar experience and one I won't be repeating the next time I'm looking for a vehicle.

Horrible experience with the worst self absorbed sales rep ever. If you do decide to go through Hertz, DONT work with Frank!!!
Also horrible interest rates for financing!

Terrible experience. I requested a Toyota Camry through the rent to buy program and it took weeks to arrive after it was supposed to be just three days. The whole time they kept leading me on saying it was going to be there soon. When it finally did arrive, the car didn’t even have all the features that were advertised. It was all just a big waste of time. To make it even worse, they ended up overcharging me hundreds of dollars for the days that I rented because they made a mistake and now I’m having to spend time getting that fixed. Save yourself the time and headache and shop for a car elsewhere.

THEY SELL FAULTY CARS!!
Waldo & Brandon sold me my 2020 Hyundai Sonata. I have only had the car for a month now and the check engine light came on. I got a diagnostic check and they said my EGR had insufficient fluid. When I called to ask if my warranty covers this, they said they only fix engines not fluids. I questioned aren't the fluids part of the engine? The salesman responded, "You'd have to talk to the manufacturer."
The cars are faulty. The salesman are ignorant. DO NOT BUY.
Go to Enterprise car dealership down the road! They have better coverages and warranties and they care for their customers.

I just got off the phone inquiring about a 2019 Nissan Sentra SR 30 minutes ago and they already bumped the price up online by almost $2.5K! $12,170 to $14,595. Unbelievable that these guys have the audacity to up their prices so quick after 1 INQUIRY on the vehicle. All trying to give the illusion of a great deal

Horrible customer service what is wrong with the lady named Heide...She simply can not stop talking, not even to say hello or if she is imposing on my day. No will will not do business with the outlet of Hertz and yes it is due to that woman, my god she never even stopped to ask it I wanted her to call me, which I did not want.

Rented a car from Hertz & I didn't realize until after the fact that they took the Sentra out back & filled tire w air . 1/2hour later I had flat tire barely making it home. CLD asked Hertz 2 hold a car the next day - HTZ refused & said I had to wait 4 a car like everyone else. Insurance company CLD them...HTZ brought me a car, after rental charged me $185 for no reason?? They were very rude & I wasn't surprised. Go elsewhere prevent issues. You can't contact by phone to sort out?? Went in no one would help gave me 1-800# that tells you to go online??? This was a fraudulent charge & I'll get it back..Go elsewhere to avoid issues.

Steer clear of these guys, Geno the salesman and " the Sales Manager" blame everything on corporate and that they have no control its " corporates rules". I had a suv that i was going to buywent to the bank the next morning to get certified payment and when i called them to verfiy pricing the price had increased thousands of dollars, " again blame on corporate " the sales manager said he would call to find out what was happening.And what would you know corporate sold the suv that morning at 8am. This dealership is a total joke, and snakes in the grass,they fit right in the with the other sleezy used car dealers and saleman.
