Terrible location. The first time I used them I payed with my apple credit card online with no problem. I was able to pick up my car without needing a physical card because it was through apple. They charged me the full price plus a security deposit when I picked up. Once I dropped off I was charged the full price again. It took two weeks to get them to refund me.
The second time I tried to use them (3 weeks later) I used my apple credit card again but when I arrived was told I had to have a physical card in order to pick up the rental. I explained I hadn’t needed it a few weeks earlier and the only response I got was that he couldn’t give me a car without my physical card no matter what. I ended up walking several blocks to U-Haul to get the van I needed all while I never got my security deposit back from Hertz.
This location needs to make sure all their employees are trained and they need to be more upfront about how they handle rentals.

I called them and made a reservation. They sent me confirmation email. On they day of the reservation, they didn't have a car for me and blamed it on their corporate office. Terrible customer service! I will NEVER user Hertz again and will encourage all my friends and family to avoid them!

I rent with Hertz regularly and this is not a good location to rent from. I had a reservation and was told they had no available cars when I arrived. Terrible customer service with attitude because I was 30 minutes early for my reservation, but no prospect of a car arriving between then and my reservation time. Save yourself the trouble and book at the airport.

Grace at this location was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked into the building we struggled to secure our car even though we had reserved it ahead of time. Grace was so patient and helpful through the whole process. Thank you so much for all your help!

Rude staff, poorly managed.
Update: ended up doing a charge back on my card after staff failed to follow up my multiple attempts to resolve the issue.

Absolutely the worst service ever. Absolutely rude, no communication between them, gm sent my mom there for a car and they gave her a small electric car, my mom is old and she doesn't know how to drive electric cars! We request some many time for a gas car, they were making us to drive there and when we get there they didn't have any car, next day a lady called us to switch the car, they finally got a gas car!! Guess not!!! We drove there and the front dest guy told us that they don't have any car!!!! We called gm and make the complaint, we ended up getting a car from the dealer while they fix our. We wasted, time and missing work for this rental car, stay away from this company!!!

This was my first time renting at this Hertz location since they stopped renting at the one on State Street. Unfortunately, it will also be my last.
The car I received was completely different from what I had chosen. When I tried to resolve this issue, the staff required me to provide one document after another, making the process frustrating and stressful.
While the staff was kind, they were not helpful in managing the situation.

Reservations mean NOTHING. Even if there are cars in the lot. My prepaid reservation was canceled without any conformation. I was stranded at location for 30 minutes to find a ride. Worst experience ever and stay away from this company.

Prices are decent but you never get the car you wanted at any location unless you want a van that is 19mpg for long trips. Squish or pay.

This was a one star review as my experience Overall was not great. The car they rented me had several issues causing several problems and their customer service availability is close to zero. The staff training and resources to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
When I finally got a hold of one of the managers he took time to understand the issues and address them. Overall not a great experience but I do appreciate the time that the manager has taken to address the outstanding issues.

Gave us a rental with a hole in the tire. Huge pain to get it fixed and hertz cover the repair. Do not recommend this location.

Worst customer service I have ever had my insurance had a reservation and they wouldn’t release the car to me. I will never go back ever again and I’ll make sure I let everyone know.
