I have been doing business with Jennifer Davis for over 13 years. She has always been my go to person when it comes to ordering Office furniture. The process is always done in a very professional and efficient manner. We love the products, the chairs are outstanding. She is always willing to find us or notify us of new furniture we might be interested in. They also have a great repair department, we are a company of over 500 employees it is important to keep the chairs and furniture in proper working order. The team is quick to respond and the furniture has a great warranty. They were quick to come up with a solution for at home workers and ordering of furniture, they are always looking out for their customers.Teresa Dodge

Our Account Executive Melissa Glover made the entire process smooth and easy. Melissa and the HB team always had the perfect suggestions and options for our desired look, feel, and budget needs. We have had nothing but positive feedback from our entire organization and our clients as they’ve experienced our new space and the beautiful furnishings. The Utah State University Merrill/Cazier Library just purchase new furniture from Henriksen/Butler. The furniture is beautiful, high quality, and extremely popular with our students. When we put the furniture on our FaceBook page it received the most hits of any FaceBook posting we've ever done. The feedback was 100% positive from the students. They love the furniture and it has made the environment much more inviting. The customer service we received from Henriksen/Butler was incredible and they contacted us often to make sure we were getting the information we needed. They sent demos to us to try before we purchased. I highly recommend Heriksen/Butler for your office furniture needs.

Kate Desmond took time to meet with us, even though we didn't have an appointment. She took us around the facility and made sure we understood all of the options. Kate worked up the quote quickly and accurately. We ended up buying work surfaces, chairs and pedestals for our home office. We had some problems with shipping damage, and Kate help us work through those to our satisfaction. We were so happy that Henricksen/Butler will sell to individuals and not just companies. You just can't buy this kind of quality at a retail store. Thanks to Kate and Marquis and Andy for such a good purchasing experience.

Melissa is amazing and quite an asset to your team. She has been extremely attentive and detail oriented, even if it meant an extra drive out to my office to be certain I liked a fabric. The furniture is beautiful and the showroom is the most interesting and best showroom I have ever seen.
