This pharmacy has inconvenient hours. The staff are super grumpy all the time and seem to always be annoyed by your presence. I never write reviews but felt compelled to do so about this location because of how terribly rude the staff are. I’m sure they deal with a lot of weird people, but there is no excuse for such off putting behavior.

Normally I have a good experience with the Harmons on Redwood Rd and 5400 South recently something has changed and there is a huge disrespect of the customers time, or worth. They will call to let you know your prescription is ready. When you arrive and almost always wait in line they only have one of of prescriptions ready so you'll have to come back. As a suggestion we have the technology to link all your prescriptions so you come once.

Harmons doesn’t accept United health care Ucards for over the counter medical supplies , grocery items or etc. They also don’t accept the Cigna debt card for the same things ! They’re groceries cost more than other storesWhile smiths offers fresh values with a card and does cost lessHarmons rewards card takes long time to build up points to earn free items and doesn’t help with cost of items at check out ! With grocery inflation being so highWonder why they aren’t offering a better card like fresh valueBummer

I have been an existing patient of this pharmacy for nearly 2 years and have always had a great experience. I was recently waiting for a script and was never notified that it was rejected. Today I was told that the pharmacy is not "taking new C2 patients" after already having received medications from them actively within the past year. I was told I must have gotten medication in the past 6 months in order for them to fill the prescription and now must contact my doctor to find a new pharmacy. The pharmacist hung up on me when I tried to express frustration about this policy. Would not recommend coming here as you will be abandoned by this pharmacy and forced to go without medication until you can coordinate with your provider to find a new pharmacy.

I believe her name is Michelle ! Terrible customer service, they have lied about my prescription twice, and they refuse to take any responsibility, one of my prescriptions. They shorted me five of my pills, and the second time they shorted me three but they will not claim responsibility. Buyer beware do not use this pharmacy. If I could give less than one star, I would! If you enjoy being hung up on and yelled,, by all means go to this pharmacy, because that is what they will do to you, I sincerely hope that someone from this pharmacies upper management will call and try to resolve this issue with me, but I am extremely doubtful

Great group here. Love there professional styles. And love there knowledge on the medications. They went out of their way to help me on difficult occasions to give me the medicine to I needed. And to make sure my insurance was also working for me.

I normally have such a good experience here, so i’m shocked I’m even writing this. This morning I came in to receive a new prescription, and when I approached the counter and gave my info, the pharmacist not only SCREAMED the name of my prescription, but proceeded to tell me why they couldn’t fill it because they aren’t filling stimulants. It was so loud that all the techs stopped what they were doing and looked at him as well. So embarrassing. Not only was this humiliating, but I feel my medical privacy was violated with how loud this man spoke to me and how there was little care in my respect and privacy. I know for a fact Pharmacists and their techs should be trained on how to be respectful and i’m disappointed that my medical information was expressed so carelessly. I feel extremely let down.

Hamid found us in an aisle and asked if we were finding everything ok, then ran to do a price check on black garlic for us across the store. Top tier customer service, and great food as always!

Groceries are overpriced, the pharmacy randomly creates rules and refuses to fill your prescriptions. Just go somewhere else. You will be treated better.

Always a lovely experience at this pharmacy. The staff is very kind and compassionate. They are thorough for the most part about going over everything, asking if you have questions and treating you like a human being. I've recently had to switch to a different Harmons but if you are near Taylorsville I highly recommend this location. Unless, you are a pedestrian or wheelchair user, as the corner it sits on has one of the most dangerous intersections I've ever encountered. The store is great, the pharmacy is amazing but that intersection.. just be careful!

Harmons on 54th and Redwood Road. So I decided to transfer pharmacies to get one closer to home. I proceeded to have everything transferred because I have terminal cancer and they have a huge sign in front of the pharmacy that stated you would receive a $25 foodie club credit on the prescriptions that were covered. So I had to do the leg work while receiving chemo. A lot of work but I figured it would be easier for my wife when I pass. The general attitude from the pharmacists is very none caring. So they were ring up my meds and I mentioned that I had meds transferred to receive the $25 credit. She claimed to never heard of it. So I pointed to the sign in front of the pharmacy. She called someone else over and he stated that since I was on Medicare they couldn't give me the credit for transfers? On Medicare I still pay a monthly part D premium that still doesn't cover my costs. Medicare discrimination? They accept Express Scrips which is on their sign and was one that I transferred there. Been going to this Hamons for 40 years. Now I get to transfer them all again. I have other stories but I'm sure that wouldn't help. Good Luck seniors.
