Manager Shae was very quick with an answer and scheduling a delivery. I needed a washer box faceplate and she was able to find me the right one within minutes and scheduled a delivery. Absolutely impressive!

Not impressed,wish I would have spent my money elsewhere. Poor customer service, poor communication at every step we encountered from the initial salesperson to the delivery. (Delivery of the wrong items twice) 0 stars ?

I am so impressed with Hajoca! I called and scheduled a time to come take a look at the showroom, Audrie was very helpful in scheduling the appointment as well as answering all of my questions at the showroom. She did a great job of listening to what I was looking for and making suggestions. I did not feel pressured to buy anything which is so nice when you have a lot to plan for a remodel. Audrie emailed me product specifications and a bid for the items I was interested in so I could continue looking at other options before deciding. I decided that the bathtub audrie recommended was by far the best in my search for a soaking tub, she was very helpful via email and called me at my request so I could make my purchase conveniently over the phone. She even had the tub delivered the next day. Joe was great when he delivered the tub, he was very efficient and friendly. I will totally be recommending hajoca to my friends because I had such a great experience!

Matt was amazing, so helpful! We had a water heater go out that was still under warranty and he made it so easy for is to get a replacement. We will definitely be back!

We just tried looking for sinks here literally close to 1:00 PM on a Wednesday. It seem like we were the only customers and there was zero parking--we had to park in some spots reserved for an apparent employee. Also, it didn't seem like they really cared at all if we give them business or not. I have no idea why it's supposedly rated well on Google.

This is a great place to get all your plumbing needs. Go talk wotje Matt or Shawn they have great expertise and knowledge. They also do something that is amazing they listen to your needs then offer you options. Get your plumbing supplies at Hajoca.
