Golden Luxury Auto was a great experience! The very detailed information made picking up and dropping off the vehicle super easy. The convenience of the airport shuttle was great and picked us up/dropped off right at car! Would definitely recommend and use again.

Couldn't recommend Golden Luxury Auto through Turo more. Jay kept the lines of communication open and was accessible at all times. Great service, great vehicle and great daily rates.Skip the rental car counter at the airport, pick out a more luxurious/high end vehicle likely for less than the big rental car agencies. Next time I visit SLC, Will be sure to use Golden Luxury Auto again.

Very nice car and host. My family and I got four days wonderful trip to Yellowstone national park by renting Jay's MDX.The pick up and drop off instructions were very clear and helpful. I would definitely rent with Jay again.

We rented cadillac xt5 2020 we picked up at salt lake airport in utah.. pick up was simple and a breeze loved how the shuttle took us straight to the car we didnt have to search for it in our own. Loved how clean and well kept the vehicle was. We were here for 6 days and all that driving didnt even use a tank of gas. Communication was a breeze and i truly loved how detailed the instructions were. Super simple to follow. Id give Jay a million stars if i could. Beyond higly recommend ? to use him id definitely hands down no question ask use his services again and again and again.

First time renting from Jay and Golden Luxury auto, the experience was great! Pick-up and drop-off at Salt Lake City airport was quick and easy. The communication was straightforward and timely. The GMC Acadia was clean, well maintained, and great to drive.

Everything with this company is spot on. From the shuttle waiting for me at the airport to get me to the car the pickup process once in the lot were the car was waiting the. When the trip was over and I dropped the car off and the shuttle was waiting for me to get me back to the airport. If you're ever in Salt Lake City I wouldn't recommend another car service. Jay and his team have this all figured out!! I highly recommend this group through Turo and the options they have for available vehicles is amazing!!

This is my second time renting with Jay and both of my experiences have been such a smooth process. Both vehicles were clean and well maintained. Check in and checkout is user friendly in the app. I prefer renting with Golden Luxury Auto vs big business rentals I would highly recommend using them for your rental needs. They are super responsive and attentive if you have questions or concerns ??

Great vehicle at a fair price with easy access and good communication- what more could u want? We enjoyed renting Jay's Escalade ESV - that's one big vehicle when u have a lot of stuff to pack and also very comfortable!

My experience with Golden Luxury Auto has been absolutely horrific. Jay, the owner and manager, is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever worked with. From the start, I had a hard time securing contracts for the cars they are managing for me. We've experienced issues with payments not being sent on time, issues requesting information about our vehicles, and many issues with unprofessional conduct.After a while, we got tired of the constant issues and the breaches of our contract. So, we served a notice to Jay using the information on our contract via email. Shortly after, I was getting harassing texts from Jay who is now refusing to honor the contract and refusing to give our cars back - even ones we pre-arranged to have returned before this.Need more proof of his conduct - just check out these text messages from him. I've also attached a copy of the email I sent to him trying to resolve the issue.

It has been a very smooth experience with Jay. The shuttle was very convenient and fast. Car seems well maintained. I booked for an BMW X5 but it needed new tires so we had a 2022 Subraru Outback wilderness instead. As for the car, the safety technology is pretty decent. Especially the adaptive cruse control. It can almost drive itself on highway and especially through traffic jams. The A/T tires and high clearance is also good for our Yellowstone trip. However, the car does not have a whole lot of power which lead to lack of confidence during overtakes. The eyesight camera can gave up working when facing directly to strong sunlights. Overall a perfect travel tool. Thanks for the experience for trying another car.

This was definitely a first class experience! Jay made my whole trip easy with so many helpful directions and videos that informed me exactly what to do. We used a Land Rover Velar. It was the perfect vehicle for our trip! Very clean and ran very well
