Fast, reliable and courteous service.... and an ever important ingredient, great price! So much better than working with insurance! Any windshield needs, I'm coming straight here again! The lady at the desk is so professional, she should get a raise! There, I said it in public! P.S. I do NOT work there.

They always have the best prices, work fast & do quality work. Been to them twice now. They've saved me a lot of money on my window that got busted out & my side rear view mirror. These guys are awesome. Glad I found them.

They seemed like okay people to work with but the quality of their work is pretty terrible. They left the inside of my dashboard dirty, left smudges of sealant on the inside, damaged the exterior molding and there are gaps all around the perimeter between the windshield and the exterior molding. I went to Auto Glass Now based off the number of positive reviews online but I now believe a lot of the good reviews are fake. They obviously don't care about the quality of their work or the property of others.

I was the first customer of the day at opening(with an appointment) and it took them nearly 7hrs to install my windshield. After 4hrs, they said it was done. I go out to my van and it had no windshield at all. They apparently worked on the wrong vans and finished TWO before mine. They didn't even have the glass for my van which should have been noticed at opening. I lost a lot of work and 7 miserable hours of waiting. I'm even losing work tomorrow because of this

Great price and service. They won't over charge you, if realignment is necessary they will do it, but if not they will save you $$$.

Stopped in on Thursday to have a chip fixed on my windshield. I had called the day before and was helped by a very friendly person that was professional in every aspect. She gave me the best case worse case scenario as far as pricing goes. When I arrived on Thursday there were several people ahead of me but I was literally in and out in about 10-15 minutes. Cost was $42.97. I had called safelite and they wanted to charge me almost 300.00. Huge difference. I hope to send as much business to auto glass now. Thank you guys for not price gouging your customers and for providing excellent service. I believe the gal that helped me was Sierra. She was super nice and greeted me with all smiles.

These folks are straightforward, good humored, and know their business. I have used them twice now -- once for a windshield replacement, and once to replace the regulator in my passenger side window. Each time they answered all my questions (without condescending :)), and had my car in and out in under an hour and a half. They even went the extra mile and helped me locate an inexpensive part. I commute from Ogden, and even though they are a bit of a drive, they are well worth it.

They came to my house, and the technician was super fast and great to work with! It was totally worth the money not to have to drive down there with a super cracked windshield.

Made an appointment, came in and they replaced the windshield in about 45 minutes. Seems like a nice family run franchise. Paid less than competitor quotes. I recommend this business.

Fantastic service. I called in advance and got a quote and once the shield was replaced that was the exact price. They got done quickly and their staff answered all of my questions nicely (even though I asked a few stupid ones.) would absolutely recommend that anyone go.

The GOOD: Huge crack on my windshield from who knows what on the highway. Reached out to these guys via Yelp and they got me a quote the same day. Competitive pricing, the best out of four other places I reached out to in Salt Lake area. Same day service and they had me ready to go in a little over an hour. Lady in charge is professional, polite, and straight to the point. The BAD/UGLY: There appears to be one person in the reception area who is working hard. It was a team of three. Been there. Not ok to see as a customer either. One team member in particular needs an attitude adjustment, Sierra. Curt bordering on rude, poor communication skills, and cannot be bothered to wear a mask when interacting with customers. Would I come back? Yes. Fingers crossed for a decent customer representative.
