This is not an AI-written review. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful. However, some things would put a person off. Salt Lake City is not exactly known to be a safe city in the USA. I found a guy drunk and hobbling around in the vicinity of the rooms. Similar shady characters were hovering around the property. Safety is something that Marriot must not ignore if it wants to live up to its name.

Old motel that was fixed up a little! Maze to get to elevator. Rooms rambled on and on!!
Fair breakfast, excellent bacon one day, thin burnt stuff the next. Nice beds

I LOVE this Four Points by Sheraton because the guy running the breakfast buffet was AMAZING ?. He was so nice and cheerful and helpful! Give that guy a raise!
I also LOVE them because we totally forgot our Lagoon tickets there on the counter in the hotel room and an hour later ( after tearing the van apart) we figured out we left them at the hotel. The hotel has them waiting for us at the front desk! What amazing customer service!
Fantastic customer service. Rooms are clean and I love the smell of the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, lotions. (Almond milk scented lotion by the way of you are like m and want to know) :)

Rooms: Pretty and confortables rooms, good and fast internet service also in rooms.. The only issue was that the nails of the carpet were out and i injuried my right foot

Sylvia upgraded my room to the King suite and man I tell you God knows what you need . The jet spa bath was life for me. I mean man God blew my mind with that !! I love this place .

Easy Four Points location if utilizing SLC and/or one of the rental car facilities which would probably be the only reason you would stay at this particular location in the first place. Hotel is well laid out with ample parking, shuttle service if needed, and very comfortable rooms.
Rooms: Rooms are comfortable but a little on the smaller side.
Walkability: Designed for airport travelers so no landmarks within walking distance.
Food and drinks: Breakfast is definitely taking up a notch here.

The bed was extremely soft (I don't like soft beds). Conversations from the next room and footsteps from the room above were easily audible.

Overall our stay was good. The breakfast that’s included was the best hotel breakfast we have had. The eggs and potatoes were actually very good, multiple fresh fruit varieties, waffles with syrup and straw berries and whipped cream, cereal, bagels/muffins, sausage or bacon. Stayed for 3 nights. The men from the kitchen were outstanding and the girl was nice as well. Our hotel room was clean except for one thing. I think maybe a male cleaned our room? The bathroom floor was freshly cleaned but there was a dried pee dribble on the floor . I think maybe someone just used the toilet, on there way out of the room after cleaning. So I did wipe that up. Other than that though, it was clean. There wasn’t any body wash in the bottle in shower, and no one ever did bring a replacement. There is a small balcony, that was really neat to have. But what takes my rating to 4 stars instead of 5 is, there was no mention anywhere when booking, that the pool area was under construction that I saw. We typically stay at a different hotel in Salt lake when we come every year, and I switched to this hotel solely because I saw they had a wood sauna. We were staying for 3 nights and really wanted to use the sauna. The hot tub was also under construction. The pool had leaves and we didn’t use it. However, it’s underneath trees and that didn’t really bother me. But please let people know that the pool area is actually under construction, so people can book with all the information.
