We felt very pushed away when we showed up to purchase a bed frame from Forsey’s. The first sales representative passed us off to someone else without any explanation. We figured it was because the original representative had an appointment coming in, but that was never explained to us.The second representative didn’t really listen to what we were explaining that we wanted. We told her we wanted to see short, four poster beds with square posts in a king size. She didn’t show us anything of the sort. She was also very hung up on price. She would warn us that “this is a very expensive frame”, or “you could save money if you went without the storage option”. Eventually, she grabbed a business card, wrote some of the brands they carry on the back, told us to “look online” and that she would be happy to arrange a sale. For obvious reasons, this felt like a wasted trip. We could have just shopped online ourselves. We were hoping to see some pieces in person and buy local. That didn’t happen at Forsey’s.The obsession over price in conjunction with how we were dressed (I was in jeans and a hoodie and the missus was in jeans and a sweater), and our age group leads me to believe that we weren’t seen as serious buyers.At the end of the day, we wound up going into Sugar House Furniture where the experience was completely different. The pieces were great, the service was even better, and we wound up spending about seven thousand dollars there when all was said and done.I don’t know for sure that we were books judged by our covers over at Forsey’s. But if we were, it cost them 7 grand.

For several years now I have been buying my Furniture from Forseys Craftsman House buying high quality furniture at a great value. From day one, Brenda Has been there for me. She truly enjoys her job and pays attention to detail. In this day and age, it’s great to know that Forseys caries high quality brands. My brand happens to be Stickley and it’s assured I get the best price.

We have nothing but great things to say about Forsey's and our designer, Kae. She helped us meet all of our renovation goals while furnishing our living room and dining room. She made excellent recommendations and was on top of all the details even after we made changes. The delivery team was exceptional. They were very friendly and worked with us to get the furniture in just the right spot. We had a lovely Christmas with our new furniture. Thank you Forsey's!

Fantastic experience working with Forseys. Jack Forsey and his father have a wonderful sense of customer service and go the extra mile to ensure you're happy with your purchase.My wife & I started with a Stickley bistro table for our Lehi home. Eventually, we outfitted our house with additional pieces from the Highlands Collection. Every transaction was handled masterfully with exceptional care taken on delivery and installation.We've even purchased items from the modern/traditional store for the rest of the house. Same great quality and customer service. 5 stars really isn't enough, we'd give them 10 stars if we could!
