I do not even want to give one star but I have to. My 4 year old was running a fever and throwing up for 5 days. I took her in and she saw Dr Whitbeck. I explained her symptoms and told him about her high fevers. He wasn’t listening and kept talking about diarrhea and how to help with that. I told him multiple times she didn’t have diarrhea. He told me fevers are normal in sick kids which I know but he wasn’t listening still. A fever of 102 for five days is not normal. I then had to tell him I had the nurse get a urine sample for it to have a culture ran. I also had to specifically ask for a blood draw. He finally said ok but that she just has a virus that needs to run its course. He sent us home. A couple hours later he called and said her white blood cells, protein, and ketones were elevated and a few things were off but nothing to be concerned about and he again told me it was “normal” with a virus and to let it run its course. The next morning I decided to email my daughter’s old pediatrician asking if he could look at the results from the labs. I had the labs faxed over and he later had me bring my child to him where he did further cultures. He found E. coli in her system! Dr Whitbeck was careless, he wasn’t listening to me and he brushed off all of the red flags from her labs! I’m so angry and this could have been so bad had I not trusted my intuition and asked for another opinion from a different Dr. I will be contacting the medical board.

Bad experiences all around. I was a new patient here and not only had to wait an extra hour for the doctor to see me, but was then also charged additional fees after my visit. I went in for an annual physical which should be 100% covered by my insurance. After my visit the office sent me a bill for additional services which I did not ask for nor was I informed about. I will be looking for a new doctor and I recommend you do the same.

Not great service, too long of a wait for the doctor to come in, not really interested in the patient, more concerned about getting all the forms filled out. Not great communication between patients and doctors

I have never had a worse experience at a doctor's office. Dr. John Witbeck should not be seeing patients, his bedside manner is non-existent. I will never go back to this clinic ever again.

I’ve been trying to make an appointment as a new patient. My old doctor is retiring, and I need a new doctor who will just continue the treatment plan I’m currently on. The scheduling lady hung up on me. Thanks for making a difficult situation even more frustrating.

Very clean facility, great staffing and excellent lab. My own personal doctor, Dr Stephen Wood is the best doctor I've ever known. I've never known to have a bad experience here and the follow-up is top notch. I would make my foremost and best recommendation on foothill family clinic to anyone and everyone.

I would give 0 star, if I could. On 8/6/24 I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for Dr. Connor for a scheduled physical. When I inquired if I would be seen and shared that I needed to pick up a child, his assistants asked if I were new to the practice. When I shared that I had been a patient for 15 years, his assistant said that I should know that Dr. Connor runs late. Clearly, the issue was that I mistakenly assumed that an appointment should begin on time. Apparently, my response to his assistant that it was disrespectful and thoughtless to keep people waiting was deemed as abusive to their staff. I strongly encourage you to seek care anywhere else. Read some of the other reviews, as well. I am not alone in my opinion. Off to make sure that my insurance company was not billed for an exam that was not administered.

5 star for my provider. He is amazing. I trust him. Been going here since I moved to the area.
I have never had an issue with billing. They have worked with me amazingly.
At times, I have had to call in and have had some rude reps. Nothing bad enough to stop me from seeing my Dr.
I love the Cottonwood Heights clinic. I do not plan on going anywhere else, unless my Dr were to leave.

I've been going here for over 35 years. Dr. Azarcon listens and really cares about his patients. It is really rare to have to wait more than 5 minutes. I Love Foothill Clinics!❤️❤️

Dr Butterfield was very nice when I took my mom into him. However his schedule person Tammy was not that friendly.

Dr Anderson was amazing and very caring of my son after birth.
But we had a house fire and couldn’t afford to pay our medical bill $1,000 so they said they could no longer accept us as patients even after we paid on time for over a year. we had to have another doctor start the birthing of my son at st marks thank you dr jenson. Because our primary doctor was not around. Even though we were induced.
I personally have had family foothill as my primary care providers since and before my heart attack and never had any issues.
I hope they can change thank you.

Front desk, Misty (pathologist), Emma Mashburn and Rachel Dustin (previously) were awesome in their duties. Highly efficient and spontaneous with their calls :-)
