We used these guys for over 5 years, when I canceled because I found better service for half the cost they charged me a cancelation fee! I asked to see the contract I supposedly signed, they sent me a blank contract with no signature. What a shady company! Stay away from these guys.

My internet goes out once a month every Friday night and I have to wait tell Monday for anyone to answer the phone. So here I am waiting, again. Super annoying considering I work from home, and they’ll probably tell me “oh we just needed to update it”

I have had a public IP and gbps service in my apartment with first digital and the reliability has been top tier, like 99.99% uptime last two years.
