Dropped my trailer for unloading at 7pm for my 9pm appointment I got it at 2am unloading may take 5-7 hours. The security guy is a nice guy.

Hard to find empty trailler. You have to keep coming back every houre until it you find something. They will bann you from coming and tresspass you for the smallest reason. The manager speaks to you like if you are a criminal or something. The security guards where nice though.

Worst drivers of all freight companies! Horrible customer service and the most horrible attitudes. Joe and Matt are the worst drivers. Not sure how they have their licenses.

They need to modernize, the FEDEX company is lagging behind in terms of automation technology as Amazon. Everything remains according to the old rules and much is done manually, a lot of money costs the company. The company would save a lot of money and work much more efficiently

I am a truck driver. We usually pick up and drop loads. It's easy to drop the load which I like but if you are picking up a load it may not be ready for few hours. Also , if you arrive late they cancell the load
