I called for support and was helped by Jett. He was professional and patient. I ordered a poster from out of town and came in to pick it up. It was ready on time and there was very little wait. Jett offered strong support during the process and it was both painless and of high quality. I recommend Jett and this location for your printing needs. Other customer service representatives were helpful and friendly as well!

Please update your hours on google maps, you have yourselves open at 8am, however on the door it states 9am. Wasted 45 minutes because of the error here.

Thanks again for the great service, Jett!!! Every time I have a shipment, I use Fedex Office and request Jett to help. He knows the exact process to follow, is very efficient and generally will call me if he has any questions with the shipment. There isnt a better location to use for shipping services in Utah! Thanks Jett.

I come in here weekly to get supplies, pick up print orders, or ship and they are very friendly. I am always surprised with their ability to have my print orders 1 or 2 days earlier than I need them. Jett, who works at the broadway location is the one who usually helps me and he is extremely helpful and on top of things- highly recommend

I had to call 4 times before the stupid automated system let me talk to a real person. It hung kept hanging up on me saying my issue could not be solved, when a real person would've figured it out in 10 seconds.
