I was told my package would arrive today May 4,2024. And once again Fedex says my address is wrong. But now it will be delivered Tuesday the 7th of May. I have acreen shots of my address to show it is not wrong. And I have had way too much stuff shipped and delivered for the past 3 years and never an issue until recently when Fedex lies when tbey dont want to deliver so they just say it was the wrong address or knocked but no reponse. Lies!! If your drivers are lazy and don't like a job then quit! After seeing all these reviews saying the same thing I feel it's time we make a formal complaint. Because this facility doesn't care about the reviews!

The WORST! I have repeatedly contacted FEDEX because of an idiot driver who is stupid, lazy, or illiterate. My delivery instructions are crystal clear, and yet the driver can not seem to follow them. I'm told repeatedly that the problem will be fixed, and yet it never is.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Terrible service! My package was supposed to be delivered 12/3 it finally arrived 12/10. It’s nearly impossible to speak with a person and they have zero information other than starting a case. The investigation tells you absolutely nothing.

I would give them negative 1,000+ starts. This has been on going for the last 7, or 8 years with me being the recipient, and that is why I tell everyone I can to never ship anything to me fedex. They do it every Walmart, tophatter, ebay, and may other websites. I have years of proof that fedex does this funny thing is ups or usps I haven't had a problem. Only with fedex every time.

Absolute disaster. Never delivered my package after I called to give physical address. Had to call back and they said they did not deliver to my address, but never informed me! Had to drive there to pick up package. Nobody came to counter for 10 minutes. Had to ring bell repeatedly for somebody to show up. He was not pleased but I had no other choice !
