Shannon was amazing! After calling 6 different printers, this was the only printing company to be helpful! I needed funeral programs on very short notice and with limited technological resources. Thanks for being a small relief in a very stressful time.

I took in a piano book to be spiral bound. They said I could pick it up later that day. I left and then realized that I would not be available later that day, so I returned to the store and asked Madi to cancel my order because I could not make it back that day. She told me she could get it spiral bound right then and there because she knew how much of a pain it is to go and come back and she understood my situation. She was able to get it done quickly and efficiently and exactly to my preferences. I am so grateful for her going above and beyond to help me right then and there because I needed it. 5 stars for Madi and she is a sweetheart.

These people who work here are super despotic and unfriendly, I went to print I know how to use this type of system because I have always done it in other places, I never received the code in my email to be able to print a blonde North American woman who works there tells me I connect to your wifi, I do it, nothing happens, there is another Latin woman there. I ask her if she speaks Spanish and she responds through her teeth. I tell her to help me and explain to me what to do and she responds that her partner didn't tell me the worst. This woman, I told her, it's your job and your duty to help me. In conclusion, I'm not coming back here and you guys, don't go, you're not kind at all. I don't recommend it at all

Stopped in their FedEx Kinkis to have a single hundred page book spiral bound. There were three employees in the store… two were standing around doing nothing.One of those two approached me and asked what I needed help with. When I told her I needed the book spiral-bound, she started writing down my contact information. She then told me it would take a 1-2 DAYS to complete the job.This was a two minute job. Literally, it takes 30 seconds to punch the hole, 30 seconds to wrap the spiral binding, and less than 60 seconds to have a person paid and out the door. This is the laziest Customer Service I have ever seen in my life.Went directly to Foxsprint on 5300 S 650 W (by Smith’s), and a single employee had me in-and-out the door in two minutes.

The staff here were extremely helpful. I called ahead to ask about the capabilities of the printers (I needed to print one some thicker paper) and Madi had answers to all of my questions. Also, once I got there, Perla was so helpful and patient with me (and also the self-service machine that was on the fritz). I was very satisfied with the customer service and with the prints. I visited on a Wednesday around 6pm and there was virtually no wait. Great, down-to-earth staff and fun environment.

I paid $145 for an overnight delivery. The package was delivered 5 days later. Fedex will not refund my money. They do not backup their promise of delivery on time. Use UPS or US Postal Service. Avoid fedex at all cost!!!

terrible attention to customers, especially that of a young woman named Perla, when we arrived and heard us speak in Spanish, she looked at us contemptuously, then we asked her in English for some copies of some documents and she told us that the machine was damaged, we went to pay an envelope and told us that they did not accept cash, it made us feel very sad and we left. She is rude just like the other two who are there, seeing Perla's attitude, she didn't say anything to her, avoid going to this place to be ill-treated. and the owners who give them a course on how to treat customers in the 21st century

There was about 7 customers waiting for two employees to help. Tina was fast and quick and helped me take a passport photo for my 4 year old daughter and I only had to wait 5 minutes. She quickly multi tasked between all the customers and made me and my daughter feel special as we took the passport photo. She even made small talk with us about where we were traveling too despite people demanding her time. I love this location and they always are super helpful with my printing needs.

I had a great experience at this fedex store. The manager, Shannon, went beyond my expectations with customer service! She communicated well and any issue was resolved very quickly. I would highly recommend her and this store to anyone and everyone.

I walked into the store thinking I was going to spend a long time I line or waiting but Madeleine (I know i spelled her name wrong) really took care of me. I wasn't in the store for longer then 60 seconds! She is amazing at her job! While I was there she was helping a group of others at the same time. Very efficient and made me feel like a million bucks. Will definitely consider using fedex for all my shipping needs because of this employee!
