I'm not sure if the person at the fedex counter was a fedex employee or a Walgreens employee, but they were awful. Here's the conversation:
Her: sitting behind a computer and doesn't acknowledge me as I walk up. I can only assume she is playing solitaire or trolling people online.
Me: Hi. Is this fedex drop off?
Her: There's one a couple blocks down
Me: I got an email that said to come here and have you scan this QR code.
Her: Where's your package?
Me: Out in the car, my partner will bring it in.
Her: There's a fedex down the street.
Me: Well, im already here now, and i have a crying toddler in the car, so I'll just do it here.
Her: How big is it?
Me: 2.5' x 3'
Her: It's too big, we don't have room for it (as she sits in front of a very large empty backroom. There's a place just a couple blocks down the road.
Me: Well, the place told me to come here.
Her: I can't take it (she hasn't scanned the QR code, hasn't seen the package. She hasn't moved from her chair).
Me: ?
Her: There's a fedex just 2 blocks down the road.
She was clearly too busy doing whatever she was doing in the completely empty store. She definitely wasn't doing her job.

Unknowledge and not lesson For Fedex drop off.I went this location Feb 29 around 2.35-2.45 pm to drop off 2 girls works their mean and not knowledgeable to scan packages it FedEx ground Smart (it FedEx co with USPS) For this package to drop off at any location FedEx ground (I have been checking online before I want there where I can drop off ) It show 3 barcode girls works Their scan USPS scan I told here you scan wrong one you should scan FedEx and she didn't lesson she told me can't accept package told me I have to go to USPS to drop off .What !!! It that wrong I told worker. I told here you scan it wrong you should scan FedEx barcode not USPS barcode . Don't waste your time to go to this location . I have ship a lot of package and never had this problem and I have to go drop off at FedEx office I have asked them why walgreen not accepted my package they are told me it should accept your package and they told me they are scan wrong barcode same problem I told girls work there .This is wasted my time and means customer service ever.

Customer service including manager is rude and dismissive. Photo center has extremely long waits. Would not recommend printing photos here

Notified that package from ikea was ready for pick up, when we arrived there were 2 people there, both said there was not a fed ex deliveryVery very frustrating went back home without the order

Fed Ex has gone downhill big time. Tracking showed the package was supposed to be delivered on a Wednesday. After it didn't show up, I had to have it routed to a Fed Ex center because I was going out of town on Thursday. I went in to pick it up on Monday when I returned and they wouldn't release it to me because it was in my wife's name. Keep in mind this never would have been an issue if they actually delivered it on time. Stay far away from fed ex unless you like packages delivered late with crappy customer service.

For basic needs like printing or simple shipping, they are good. Good customer service and convenient location/parking.

About 8 months ago FedEx packaged and shipped artwork for me, and it was damaged. I have spent MONTHS working on claim with them and going back and forth only to find out that they won't cover anything. Why pay insurance to ship something then? Never ever use FedEx to ship ANYTHING. They package it poorly and then refuse to cover the damage. They are impossible to work with.

I have now used this location to mail two international packages. I was mailing to the Philippines both occasions . The first time the customs form was filled out by the clerk in such a way that I was red flagged and required to pay an extra $25 after three weeks of back-and forth with customs. On my most recent., I had to deal with several emails from their international department because the invoice and once again the description was filled out incorrectly. I honestly do not think they know what they're doing at this location. I cannot speak for other FedEx offices but avoid this one. It's unfortunate, they should know what they're doing and how to fill out their forms with the customers assistance. I am not very happy. Truly, I am a very frustrated former customer. In addition they were completely unhelpful in rectifying the situation

I think the managers name is Matt, he was nice! The other employees are also nice and were really helpful! I went to the UPS store in cottonwood heights first, to log into my email from their computer and print some work related things. The UPS store, just like fedex, charges you per minute for their computer station plus per page for each page you print. The UPS store took 1 minute and 31 seconds just to load up the webpage for google lol. It was worse than dial up speed internet! This fed ex was great!! I was in and out of there, printed 40 emails, in almost the same amount of time that it took to just load up google at UPS lol. I will be coming here more often! They are great!!
