This company used to be good until two of their long time employees left. Now they don't even answer the phone or return your voicemails. Very sad and irresponsible, they just lost a 25+ year customer.

To whom it may concern, I called earlier today to purchase around $600 in parts. Dennis told me he would cjeck on the parts, and call me back with price, and availability. He called me back shortly, and gave me the price. I wrote up the PO, and sent it to him. A little while later, I get a call. The person doesn't say who they are, they simply say" You should know better than that" I say OK??? He then proceeds to tell me that the prices he gave me were wrong, and I should have told him so, and it wouldn't have caused him more work. He then tells me the new pricing which is almost double what he told me before. I let him know that the prices are very different than what I had in my system, and he tells me I am wrong. This is when I told him nevermind, I will find a different supplier. You just lost this sale, and any future orders from my business because of Your very rude salesman Dennis.

Great nut and bolt supply. I have been here many times and they always have the parts I'm looking for. Some of the things I have gotten there are odd and hard to find nuts or bolts. The guys that work there know there stuff and are very helpful.
