I called on Saturday, 27 July at 9:30 AM. I made an appointment for 11 AM the same day when I went in for my appointment at 11 I gave them my name and my phone number. The lady seemed confused. She did not have my name in the system, although I gave it to her my phone number was in the system and I did receive a text, stating my appointment was confirmed however, my appointment was given to somebody else who I suspect walked in maybe five minutes earlier than I arrived. And I did arrive on time and a few minutes before my scheduled appointment. The hairstylist seemed confused because my name was not in their system, but my phone number was. So she had me write my name down on a piece of paper. She walked over and put it into the computer and then proceeded to ask me to come back at 12 PM which was an hour from, my scheduled 11 o’clock appointment. So I went back at 12 o’clock. Unfortunately, I received a very bad haircut and had to go to another salon just to get it fixed because I didn’t Trust, asking The hairstyle is too fix it
Requested style: I requested a layered cut. My hair was not layered. I received a very bad haircut. It was very uneven. The top was longer than the bottom and the bottom was very uneven. I had to go to a different salon to have it fixed.

I love going to this location Cami Or Connie generally cut my hair and do A great job, and I love talking to them. They're sweet and enjoyable to visit with. They give a fantastic haircut. The price is super reasonable also. I like giving them a big tip, because they deserve it.

The lady that opened the salon was rude. The hours posted on your door say 10:00. I waited until 10:00 and when she unlocked the door she rudely informed me that the salon wasn't open until 11:00 and I had to wait until then to make an appointment. I've been going here since 2012 and I've never had to make an appointment just to get a haircut. I also didn't appreciate being turned away and told you're not open when the sign on the door says otherwise

Fantastic Sam’s haircuts seriously are inconsistent and ridiculously a gamble when you need something quick. Absolutely ridiculous and rude how some people have the nerve to be uneducated and ruin someone’s entire day because of their lack of skill. Switch Careers!!! I went and received a hair cut from an older Asian lady at this location and she completely butchered my hair!!! I get it’s hard to expect talent from a cheap hair cut place but seriously I have a funeral to attend tomorrow. Do better and regulate your staff’s ability to do their job correctly. The rude comments about my hairs health from the lady were unnecessary as well. NEVER COMING BACK. I do have wavy/curly hair and her inability to even comb my hair was painful (my hair was hardly tangled and I maintain it well). Be careful going to this location.

Yolanda was fantastic. Super positive. Worked quickly even though I have a lot of hair:) my hair looks great. Added highlights...hadn't had my hair done in months and I'm super happy. If I'm in town again I'd definitely seek her out.

Kat is an amazing hair stylist , she always takes her time to make sure that everything is perfect !! I always have the best experience whenever I get my haircut by her !! Would recommend her to anyone looking for a quality stylist !!
