Fantastic Shop!I visited these guys and they repaired a watch of mine very quickly and reasonably, later I returned and purchased another watch.After a week I came back because I had a few issues and questions about my purchase. They were very courteous and knowledgeable and spent quite a bit of time educating me and addressing my concerns.Will most definitely return

I took a couple of Seikos in to be engraved, my company name and my initials, and another as a gift. Right when I walked in, I saw the jewelers workplace and knew my timepieces were in good hands. They called me 2 weeks later, and the quality of work done for a very price far exceeded my expectations. The bracelet needed to be adjusted, and that was done for me in a matter of minutes. After I had left, I noticed that the time and date were adjusted accurately by them as well. It's the little details that make a big difference. I'd highly recommend this place if you need any work done on a watch. They also have a good selection of high-quality used watches that have been restored and look as good as new. I have my eyes on one of their Omega's.

Knowledgeable staff and outstanding workmanship. They have overhauled several of my vintage mechanical and automatic watches. Very satisfied with the work and the time spent explaining what was done. Highly recommend.

Took a vintage wrist watch in to straighten bend hands. Struggled to get the case off. Hands not completely straightened and scratched the finish. Both times I've used his services, he acted put off that I was even there. Tried to up sale me on a total watch service. Won't be going back.

Knowledgeable, organized, timely, and friendly. I really appreciate the professionalism, It’s evident these guys are experts. Recently had a watch repaired (quick fix on the spot) and my wife’s wedding ring serviced. Prices were very fair and we were very satisfied with the work. Chris and Katrina are professional, dependable, efficient and knowledgeable. They offer old fashioned customer service...which is increasingly rare. Chris Howard is the "Eminence Grise", except he isn't that old, but is as knowledgeable as if he was. Katrina, his new "assistant" is a delight, and they are both a pleasure to deal with. "Fankhouser" is my always "go to" jeweler.

A screw came loose on my 2016 Rolex SeaDweller, preventing the micro adjustment from being pulled out and used. Chris fixed it within minutes. I thought for sure the watch was going back to Rolex. Absolutely the best.

Super friendly when you walk in the door, you can immediately tell he’s the kind of person you’d want working on your watch. Brought in a new bezel to change out the current one. Done in five minutes for a great price. Highly recommend.
