I like it quick and easy good customer service and when you get your stuff from them they'll deliver to your house and set it all up and for some reason you're in trouble they will try to help you in whatever we take can for you to keep your stuff I don't know about everybody but I never seen a place like this

I was a cliant of EZ Rents for many years I bought a lot of items from them Then a new manager took over his name is Todd I have never been more disapointed in a business I had purchased a sofa and loveseat from them it was fine for awhile then one day my friend sat down of the sofa and the arm fell right off Now you might think we are heave people but that is not the case at all. When I called to tell them I needed it fixed they came out and picked it up and 2 weeks later I called to see what was up since I had not head anything from them and come to find out they had done nothing with it and it was still stitting in there truck, I was even accused of breaking it on purpose All Todd wanted to do was argue with me about his bad product so I had them come and get everything that I was renting and I went else where Now they have my business for life I would never recomend them to anyone they are terrible people to work with since Todd started there and just to add I had never once missed a payment on anything and always paid on time DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER My daughter had bought a lot from them also and they also did her wrong just recently again Todd was in charge I dont know what it is about him but he is going to chase all the customers away if he is not fired and soon My daughter is now also going to someone else to get things She wont do business with EZ Rent again either Buyer Beware
